My tour with Adrianna was wonderful. She was super friendly and took the time to explain everything in detail. The amenities are nice and love the finishes in the apartments! Surrounding area is very nice as well!

I can't say enough about this place. It is truly a gem tucked away in a cul-de-sac. My experience so far has been great! People I've met are really nice, apartments are very nice and quiet. I work from home so it's great I have options without leaving the complex. Let me tell you, Adrianna is amazing! She went out of her way to provide details of the property while the office was closed. She definitely went above and beyond. Very knowledgeable and a great person.

I absolutely loved this property for so many reasons. I had a a great tour with Adrianna a couple days ago and she was more than knowledgeable and helpful. The speakeasy in the club house is what really got me lol I also love how safe it feels with dual entry.

Everyone's really great at their jobs and pleasant to interact with. From the maintenance, to housekeeping, to the front office. Adrianna's awesome, she's always available if you have a question or need a service. The maintenance team has been really friendly as well. I haven't had the need to put in a work order, but I'm sure it would be handled exceptionally well. Zero complaints

This is place is so amazing , they are all amazing efficient and extremely professional. The first day I came I felt so good they made feel like if I were at home , with no rush or pressure the tour was above and beyond amazing. First of all let me tell you the day you will meet Pashshawn and Adrianna you will never want to leave this place , even if you were to just look around you will stay and be a resident because they are so great! Love living here!! It’s super quiet, clean, safe and they have a speakeasy you can chill in. Adriana the leasing agent has been amazing and is super nice and so helpful!! I moved into my new apartment in October, and I’m really loving it! Adrianna has been such a huge help throughout the whole process. She’s super quick to respond and always so friendly—it's made everything so much easier. The property is honestly a hidden gem! After touring over 10 places, I walked in here and immediately knew it was the right fit for me. The amenities are great, too. The gym and mailroom are really convenient and well-kept. I can’t wait to chill by the pool this summer! If you’re thinking about finding a new place, definitely check this one out!

Moving here has been the best thing to happen for me this year. I moved in October 2024 and it was definitely the best birthday present ever. My experience was absolutely amazing so smooth and easy. Adrianna is the absolute best and so kind and helpful. Adrianna is so informative and explained everything perfectly. She made the process moving in soooo easy! I'm so thankful to have moved here. I have been living in this complex for about 7 weeks now. I love it here. It has a cozy, small city vibe, which is nice. I was a bit concerned with living so far south in Vegas, but I have come to find out it doesn't take long to get anywhere in Vegas from here. The property is beautiful and I love my apartment...it overlooks the beautiful pool which is a nice perk. Adriana and Pashshawn are WONDERFUL! Always willing to help out and super friendly. I have only had to use maintenance once for a small issue after move in and he was super fast and efficient. So glad I chose this property!

I’ve been living in this apartment building for quite some time now, and I have to say, the team here is absolutely fantastic, especially Pashshawn, Adrianna, & Cody! When I first considered leaving my home state of California, I had my reservations and worries about making such a big move. However, the responsiveness and professionalism of the staff quickly put my mind at ease. They are always just a call or message away, ready to assist with any questions or issues I might have, which has made settling in so much smoother. One of the standout features of living here is the sense of community fostered by the team. The fun pet events they organize are not only enjoyable, but they also allow residents to connect and bond over our furry friends. It’s heartwarming to see how much effort they put into creating a welcoming atmosphere for both pets and their owners. The location is another major plus. It’s incredibly walkable, which encourages me to explore the vibrant neighborhood. Whether I’m grabbing coffee at a local café or taking a leisurely stroll through nearby parks, I appreciate how convenient everything is. Additionally, the gym in the building is always clean and well-maintained, making it easy to stick to my fitness routine. All these factors combined have truly enhanced my living experience here. I can’t recommend this apartment community enough!

I recently moved into Alton at Southern Highlands and wanted to share my experience in making that decision. Southern Highlands is an incredible community that offers a cozy, small-town vibe within the bustling city of Las Vegas. The convenient freeway access makes it a breeze to get anywhere in the city quickly. One day, I spontaneously visited Alton and decided to take a tour. Adrianna, one of the leasing agents, graciously allowed me and my family to join an already scheduled tour. I can confidently say that Adrianna is one of the best leasing agents I’ve worked with. She even gave us a sneak peek at the exact unit we were interested in, which was a gesture I truly appreciated. The community is wonderfully peaceful, which is perfect if you’re looking for a tranquil living environment. One feature that stood out to me personally is the business center/office space. The option to rent office space isn’t something you come across often, and as someone who works from home, I found this to be a fantastic perk! Overall, Alton is a great property with excellent amenities, especially the pool. I highly recommend stopping by to meet Adrianna and take a tour of the property!

I was moving from out of state, and was looking for a great place in a nice part of town. The staff at Alton Southern Highlands was super helpful during my tour, and showed me several units. They also were extremely friendly and patient when I called a few times with questions. My move in experience was great also. Adrianna did a walk through with me once I arrived, and provided me a great move-in package for setting services like internet. She also gave me helpful tips about the places that are close to the complex like grocery stores and restaurants (since I was new to the city). All in all, I am extremely happy with this community, in large part due to the staff here. -Bryan

I came I little too early for my tour but Adrianna was great, she answered my million questions and love place. Walking right in my son called it "a happy place." I definitely love the club house and "the secret" not so secret anymore room is my favorite room. Definitely gives you a hotel living vibes and it's about 2 years old. Fairly new with great decor and I love the grand piano. While taking the tour and visiting the models you can definitely feel it has a very good insulation it's very quiet. It smells good and you can't hear your neighbors while walking down the halls, or above and under. Love the gym and it really feels clean, it also smells good and I believe it's a non smoking community, which is a plus.

Moving into my new apartment was a fantastic experience from start to finish! Adrianna from the leasing team was incredibly welcoming, greeting me with enthusiasm and making sure every detail was perfect. The apartment itself and community are amazing as well. I was thrilled to see all the appliances sparkling and everything in top shape. The whole process was not only smooth but also filled with positive energy, making it one of the most exciting and effortless moves I’ve ever had. I recently toured Alton Southern Highlands and it was SUCH an amazing location. It is in a quiet spot (which was high on my priorities list). I found the property to be clean and modern, with many amenities that I would actually use. I particularly loved all the open and office areas for those of us who work from home. I have to give a shout-out to Adrianna. She was busy the day I toured but was so upbeat and personable during the tour, calling me even after hours to figure out ways to help with my application. Sadly, due to the system, it took several days to hear back and in the meantime, I found another spot that approved me and allowed me to move in within a day. I think anyone who applies and moves in here will feel more than lucky!

Not only is the unit I moved into beautiful and modern, but the amenities and staff here make me feel so well taken care of. Cody on the maintenance staff has gone out of his way on multiple occasions to help out with tasks around my apartment or assisted me in moving larger items. Dara and Anthony from the front desk are always so helpful and personable when it comes to keeping me up to date on deliveries and other matters while I travel and tend to my busy work schedule. I am so happy I chose this building and their amazing staff! 10/10

So the employees are great- even if some of them give incorrect information, lol. They are the best part of the apartments. However- there are some considerations you need to decide if they are worth it to you. First, they use the god-awful Valet living for trash. It is disgusting. People's trash stays in the hallways all times of day and night. There is no pick up on weekends or holidays, when you would probably need it the most. I am sure the trash piled in the halls attract critters. Just gross. Plus, you pay over a dollar a day, if you use it every day, for this service. You pay for it even if you don't set trash out. Next, get an apartment near the elevator. I thought I would like to be near the stairs and away from the elevator. BUT-you cannot enter the building via the stairs, which means walking down the longest hallway I have ever seen. Bringing up groceries is a nightmare. I had the pleasure of living below the Stomper family. It felt like they were going to come through the ceiling. I don't know what they were doing up there 24/7- maybe playing tackle football or some bowling? Don't expect your security deposit back. They keep a cleaning fee of $185, and then tack on fees to add up to the security deposit. I cleaned the apartment before I left- and left it immaculate- but still was charged $250 in total. Just be aware that is their policy. Lastly- the smell of pot is everywhere. Day or night walking around the complex the smell was overwhelming. I understand it is legal- just be aware.
