Tule Springs is one of the largest neighborhoods in the Las Vegas Valley and is part of the Mojave Desert. The neighborhood is best known for being home to the Tule Springs Fossil Beds National Monument, a natural park that contains fossils of mammoths and other prehistoric animals. Tule Springs has several parks, but the Floyd Lamb Park is the neighborhood’s crown jewel. This 2,000-plus park houses several lakes along with peacocks, donkeys, llamas, and other animals. Beautiful geological features, along with excellent schools and proximity to Downtown Las Vegas and the Strip, shape Tule Springs as one of the city’s best neighborhoods to live in. The neighborhood is about 20 miles north of downtown and the Strip. Although Tule Springs is predominately residential, there are several shopping plazas and restaurants nearby. This beautiful desert neighborhood has a variety of rentals available but is revered for its large Mediterranean-style single-family houses.
