The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook a delicious meal, including BBQ utensils for grilling on the outdoor BBQ. Enjoy your meals at the outdoor dining table, or gather around the gas-burning fire pit on the balcony for cozy evenings under the stars. The master bedroom features a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with direct access to the balcony and fire pit area. Another bedroom upstairs offers a comfortable full bed, ideal for additional guests or family. On the lower level, you’ll find a second full bathroom and another bedroom with a queen bed, smart TV, and a large closet. A fourth room serves as a functional workspace with a desk, making it ideal for remote workers. It also includes a washer and dryer, providing added convenience for longer stays. Enjoy direct access to the garage on one side and to the fully fenced backyard from the office. We welcome pets for a fee of $150 per pet, per stay. A pet fee will be applied to cover the cleaning of pet hair. If any waste beyond hair is found, an additional cleaning fee of $35 to $50 will be charged. The fenced yard is perfect for kids and pets to play freely and safely. The property offers ample parking with a step driveway for 2 cars and an enclosed garage for 1 car. Please park in the garage, driveway, or street directly in front of the home with a maximum of 4 vehicles. The property is fully fenced; however, the fence is weathered, and there may be some small gaps that smaller dogs could get through. There is a dog that lives in the home over our back fence. There is a “baby safety gate” on the deck that you can pull across, providing a sense of being outside without having the entire yard to run in. Enjoy full access to the entire property and all its amenities, ensuring a private and luxurious experience. We offer a completely contactless check-in process. Regardless of your arrival time, you'll be able to access the property at your leisure, day or night. A unique front door code will be provided to you 2 days prior to your check-in, ensuring secure and hassle-free entry to your vacation oasis. No parties or events are allowed. Loud music, rambunctious gatherings, or excessive cars disturbing neighbors are strictly prohibited. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Please clean up after your pets and be mindful of barking to avoid neighbor complaints. Firepit and BBQ must be operated by responsible adults only. No firearms, fireworks, or hazardous materials allowed on the property. Late checkout may result in a fee of up to $200 unless approved in advance. Fines may apply for violations of house rules or city ordinances, including Code Enforcement penalties.
