There have been several burglary incidents at night, especially on weekends. No security personnel or towing company came to check. Many strangers have been coming around, hitting the gate and the gym door, and causing disturbances at the swimming pool.

Me gustaría saber cuándo le van a dar solución, por lo demás todo está bien, hasta ahora.
I have lived here and still am currently under a lease and have regretted every second of it. We just got a new Management team and they are more worried about redoing the place rather than assisting their tenants. I have been locked out on my balcony several times and no one would answer the phone in the office. The apartment is constantly falling apart. DO NOT DO IT!!
I have lived and am still currently living in these apartments, and would like to warn others not to make the same mistakes. I moved here from out of state and after speaking with staff on the phone and a friend touring the property thought this would be the best option. It turned out to be my biggest mistake and is now the reason I would like to move out of this city altogether. This property is run down with poor updates that break often. With cracked walls, doors, and cabinets - the only thing modern about the apartments are the refrigerators. The low pricing is also reflected in the poor amenities and property management. Most buildings (from talking to neighbors) have roach problems and pest control does little to nothing to resolve so you would have to take matters into your own hands. The gate is constantly broken, security is lackluster and the visitors policy is the worst of them all. Also, anytime I have problems it takes me causing a scene to get them properly resolved which should not be the case. Therefore I suggest for safety, sanity and worthy living conditions - choose a better option. May cost more but it’s worth it NOT to deal with this place.
just don't. i wrote a whole long review on here and thought i posted it but it looks like its gone. in summary the staff is rude and the roaches, spiders and wasps are your roommates forever no matter how clean you keep your stuff or what you do for pest control.
I have been looking for apartments for almost 2 weeks now and came across a place I could finally call home...Park 610. I was surprised when I spoke with the staff and they said they had just taken over! I thought they would have been here for years the way the place looks and feels! I was super excited to sign this lease and I cant wait to see what's in store! Thanks Park 610 Team!
I love my apartment. I moved to Houston in 2007 and this has been home! Close to everything, quiet, and just a hidden gem. Two thumbs up!
I alway pass these apartments on my way home from work and just recently they painted their building blue. I then stopped by and was greeted by Bryce! He showed me the new renovations and I know for sure when my lease ends next April I will be here!
I cannot say enough good things about Park 610! From the office staff and maintenance, to the amazing amenities, you simply can't beat the vibes of Park 610. Percy was the biggest blessing. My move from Atlanta was made easy because of his relentless smile and quick responses to everything I needed. Hands down the best apartment community I have lived at!
I have been living here for 3 years now and I love the changes the new management is making. They only been here two months and we are getting a new paint job and new pool furniture. I'm excited for the new fitness center! You can tell they care about the community.
this place deserves 0 stars. I hated living here for many reasons 1-no parking at night 2-WASPS IN THE FIREPLACE AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT - R A T S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 3- terrible staff and the maintenance was terrible Its not worth the amount of money they are asking for. I was part time student with a full time job and a MOTHER when I lived there, the parking sucked, the neighbors were terrible. The neighbor I had was always smoking weed and the smell came through the walls. No one came for the rat issue and they acted like wasps werent a big deal and they didnt do anything for that either. Mind you I lived on the THIRD flood with all of these issues.
These apartments are right off I610, and close to grocery stores, however the complex is slow to make repairs and there are ants in the apartment. The staff is not that courteous and rude at times. I'm shocked that Bell Properties own this property. Bell Properties has a pretty good reputation.
