This property is conveniently located near 35W and Hwy 62. We are steps from Minnehaha Parkway and close to shopping and restaurants. The building is professionally managed, clean, and the units are well maintained. We have on-site, coin-operated laundry. Free parking in lot behind building. Units feature bright, full size windows in living room and bedrooms and large closet space! Kitchens are renovated with all new cabinets and appliances. Some units feature dishwashers and microwave as well! There is a flat rate utility charge that covers ALL gas, water, sewer, and trash ($30/month for studios, $40/month for 1-bedrooms, $50/month for 2-bedrooms). Tenants set up internet and WIFI. Storage units available for each unit in the basement!
