Property is available immediately for move in and the max we are able to hold the unit will be for 14 days upon acceptance of application with deposit down for holding. No deposits will be broken up into payments; full amount due upon move in ($725 rent+ $725 deposit+ $200 cleaning deposit) application fee is $50 per adult and is nonrefundable.
