About This Home
Hi, this is a very cute and clean 2 room apartment in an older home connected to the rest of a 2,200sq foot house where my wife and I have lived for 20 years. (no shared walls) The only noise you will occasionally hear is our two dogs barking out side. Our yard is not connected to the apartment yard. The yards do not have grass, it's Vegas. Ment for a single occupant, pet on approval, sorry no cats/no smoking. Fully furnished with Kitchenette with modern counter top appliances, new unwrapped sheets, towels and Silverware. Every thing you need is included, all ammenities and power, water, wi-fi, cable tv, trash removal. Completely renovated 1 year ago with new flooring, paint and appliances including, new modern toilet. There is no central air, we use swamp coolers which work GREAT in the dessert heat, and there is a window air unit in the main room that is seldom necessary. The one thing we share is the laundry which is located in the apartment. We do this on a schedule at your convenience. My wife and I are semi-retired, she is an artist and many pieces are hanging in the apartment. They can be switched out for other pieces. Her art, has been featured on national tv and sold around the world. She is the real deal. I worked as a comedy variety magic act for 30 years, I also work with special needs children and adults. We are looking for the predict fit. Someone that is also quiet, does not want a party house and is kind. We actually won't see each other for days or weeks at a time.
