About This Property
A former office building in the heart of Downtown Crossing, 43 has been converted over the years into 4 unique pet-friendly spaces. Each floor consists of roughly 1,400 square feet, 3 (or 4) suites/bedrooms and bath. Unlike traditional apartments, these spaces were designed as offices for small businesses and have been retrofitted with features more suitable to full-time living spaces. One of the coolest features of the space is that the elevator is your front door! Parking is not offered. Tenants must make their own parking arrangements in one of the various parking garages in the area. If you are fortunate to have parking offered at your place of employment like our previous tenants, you will want to consider utilizing that benefit. Please note that THIS IS NOT A LUXURY APARTMENT, AND THE LOCATION IS NOT SUITED FOR EVERYONE. The building is directly across the street from State Street Financial, Good Life and the Chicken & Rice Guys. The MBTA red line (Chauncy St) is less than a block away, and you can walk to The Commons in less than 5 minutes! The building is directly next to the Boston Rescue Mission, and the price of the monthly rent reflects both the current finishes and the location. Max 2 Pets (up to 40 lbs) considered for an additional $75/mo. Animals must be well-referenced, spayed/neutered, fully vaccinated and registered with the city of Boston.
43 Kingston St is an apartment community located in Suffolk County and the 02111 ZIP Code.
