Shared coin-op washer and dryer in building. The property is located within approximately two blocks walking distance to Piers Park and .3 mile walking distance to the Maverick T Station. Photos taken prior to current occupancy. Pets to be considered on a case-by-case basis at an additional fee of $100 per month. Minimum 24 hour notice required to schedule showings.
