Feel at home in this apartment located right at Cleveland Circle, on the 4th floor of a walk-up building with stairs. Enjoy a view of the Chestnut Hill Reservoir and easy access to 3 MBTA train lines (B line, C line, and D line). This apartment features Wi-Fi, a smart TV with streaming, 3 brand new king-size beds, night stands, and a stainless steel double-door refrigerator. There is a shared residential laundry room. Enjoy the outdoor community pool (seasonal). Pool hours are 10AM-8PM. The apartment is a 3-minute walk to the #86 bus to Harvard and provides easy access to Boston College, Boston University, Longwood, Fenway, and downtown Boston. Violation of pool rules is subject to a $100 fine, and after-hour use of the pool is subject to a $500 fine. Each guest that enters the apartment over the number of guests shown in your booking is subject to a fee of $25 per night. There is a zero-tolerance policy regarding smoking, parties, loud music, or disturbances, and any instance of breaking these rules will result in your booking being immediately canceled. Security will be summoned, and police will also be involved. A $250 fine will be charged for the use of the security team for any noise complaints that require intervention. Quiet hours are after 11pm. If you are in the unit beyond the check-out time, you may be subject to a $50 late check-out fee for every hour beyond the check-out time. If there is excessive mess or trash in the unit upon check-out, an additional $100 deep clean fee will be charged. Please don't wear shoes in the house. Do not flush anything down the toilet unless you have eaten it first (besides toilet paper of course). Clogs that require a plumber are at the cost of the guest. [SI]
