About 311 N Mason St Fort Collins, CO 80524
Hi, I just got a new job out of state and will be moving in the next few weeks. The apartment is great and I hope to find someone to enjoy it! It's one block off College on the north side of Old Town. The building is secure, the neighbors are friendly, and the walls are so thick that I've never really been bothered by noise from the neighbors. Layout It's a studio, but it's large (677 square feet). https://www.echelonrents.com/mason-street-flats-fort-collins-co/floorplans (the Oak studio) Price $1155 monthly I paid a $700 deposit which stays with the lease until the end of the lease on September 1st. At the end of the lease the deposit is paid out to the current resident. Consider it a delayed signing bonus! Move In Fees: $175 Administrative fee, $55 Application Fee, $10 Utility Transfer. I paid a pet deposit and fee so I assume your pets would be covered under that. If you are planning on bringing pets let me know and I can get an official answer on that. Move In I'd like to have someone in by May 1st, but would consider moves later in May. Lease Ends Sept 1, 2018. I'm sure the leasing company (Echelon Property Management) be happy to extend via a new lease. Parking Attached garage (paid, I believe its $100/mo) or street (free) Showings I work from home so am very flexible with showings. Just send me an email or text.
