Experience not great ! Plumbing Experience terrible ,paying out of pocket replacing my bedroom carpet for water damage from the Plumbing situation gettibg worse after the maintenance guy made a visit!! Nothing was resolved or ever is!!! Not all the management cares or is supportive nor is concerned ,makes my living and renting out to be the problem cabinets have been broken for months I go to the office and get brushed off ,ignored and someone didnt wanna hear the truth so they came up with the excuse they had a phone call to avoid any conversation,complaints ,and issues wouldnt help resolve the apartment complex issue ,and regarding the sloppy job the maintenance did with the toilet that keeps backing up till this moment he made it worse,this new manger doesn't care about the residents concerns or issues with my apartment!! These apartments have gone down hill ,the old manager Blanca was always helpful and got things done!
So far it’s ok. I’m being charge for something that I don’t agree on. But so far it seems to be a pretty nice place I’ll see after the first month

It's a great place to live things are getting better but it does need more attention the laundry room number 2 needs a bit more cleaning the washing machines are so dirty I can't even use them so I have to walk to number 1 it's much cleaner and also the residents that have dogs are letting the dogs poop next to my apt and it's horrible the flies all around it is bad please advise them to take their freaky dogs outside the gates it's really not good otherwise everything else is great the staff and maintenance are great thank you

I have been a loyal resident for 15 years now. I'm on a fixed income since I retired 8 years ago. I've been here long enough to see management change 3 times i think. My rent has gone up every year, I've never been late on paying my monthly rent. But it seems like the quality of management has not been the same for the last 10 years. Which is a shame because I moved in the property because of how well maintained it was. I never seen the trash dumpster's over flowing with trash the way they been lately.

Nice apartment right in front of the pool. The area is close to a lot of shopping. And Jamie from the office is always very helpful. The only reason I'm moving is for more space.

It's not a good one so far. It's been 1 month since I signed my lease and it took 3 weeks to get a working refrigerator. I've been robbed twice. I'm seriously regretting moving here.

Nice apartments, love the amenities the pools are nice and so is the gym they are reasonably priced. The entire process was fast and very transparent also easy and Jaime was very helpful

I've had a pleasant experience so far. Whenever I have a question or issue the front desk is answers it right away. Whenever I put in a service request it's answered quickly. I moved here from another state not knowing what to expect when it came to renting an apartment but they have made the experience good so far.

The staff were very welcoming since we stepped in. They also let us go see the apartment ourselves meaning we could go take a look at it without having someone waiting for us at the door , they gave us time and I loved that!

This complex used to be very clean the dumpsters are in really bad shape trash is all over the place and also the residents are not keeping things clean and they even use their patio for hanging their laundry that looks very tacky there's just a lot of mess everywhere but it's still a great place to live,oh and the laundry rooms are in bad shape very dirty and trash over loaded thank you

The property has downgraded so much. There’s trash everywhere and the landscaping is ugly. Pet owners do not pick after their pets. There’s neighbors so rude.

I like how the apt are always clean but for the last 6 or 8 weeks the dumpster areas are full of trash. Maintenance issues get solve real quick that’s another thing I really like.
