The apartment complex, more so Jaime, has been nothing short from amazing. Everything I’ve ever asked has been answered promptly and in the most respectful manner. I haven’t had any problems with this community at all. I genuinely love it here rn.
It's a great place to live things are getting better but it does need more attention the laundry room number 2 needs a bit more cleaning the washing machines are so dirty I can't even use them so I have to walk to number 1 it's much cleaner and also the residents that have dogs are letting the dogs poop next to my apt and it's horrible the flies all around it is bad please advise them to take their freaky dogs outside the gates it's really not good otherwise everything else is great the staff and maintenance are great thank you

They are very good staff they work hard and dedicate themselves for residents to have a good experience living in their properties and take every request seriously
Parking is out of control, no monitoring of handicap, fire or residential parking. No response from maintenance for over 3 months on 3 requests.
I have been a loyal resident for 15 years now. I'm on a fixed income since I retired 8 years ago. I've been here long enough to see management change 3 times i think. My rent has gone up every year, I've never been late on paying my monthly rent. But it seems like the quality of management has not been the same for the last 10 years. Which is a shame because I moved in the property because of how well maintained it was. I never seen the trash dumpster's over flowing with trash the way they been lately.

Issues would be the neighbors. The staff is always somewhat helpful, you just need to go up to the front and speak to them. Other than that, the pools are nice and clean. Maintenance does their job

Love when a community comes together!!! Fire incident happened over the weekend and seeing everyone jump to try and help is so important!! Quiet for the most part and that’s very important also! Area is way better than I expected it to be as well. THEY ALSO KEEP THE POOL CLEAN!!! Bet other apt complexes can’t say the same! ??

This apartment complex is way more affordable than my previous. The leasing office is very helpful compared to my last one. I like how every unit has a patio / balcony.
We have lived here since September of 2024 and we have had little to no issues with the apartment. Perfect space for two, plus affordable rent!

Nice apartment right in front of the pool. The area is close to a lot of shopping. And Jamie from the office is always very helpful. The only reason I'm moving is for more space.
It's not a good one so far. It's been 1 month since I signed my lease and it took 3 weeks to get a working refrigerator. I've been robbed twice. I'm seriously regretting moving here.

Nice apartments, love the amenities the pools are nice and so is the gym they are reasonably priced. The entire process was fast and very transparent also easy and Jaime was very helpful

I've had a pleasant experience so far. Whenever I have a question or issue the front desk is answers it right away. Whenever I put in a service request it's answered quickly. I moved here from another state not knowing what to expect when it came to renting an apartment but they have made the experience good so far.

The staff were very welcoming since we stepped in. They also let us go see the apartment ourselves meaning we could go take a look at it without having someone waiting for us at the door , they gave us time and I loved that!

Everything has been good so far. No complaints I have enjoyed my tour with Jaime We worked so hard to try and find the exact right spot for me to move into and they nailed it on the head. Much appreciated
I moved for Ohio and they helped me out a lot i honestly think they did a great job. The office worker did their job well and I’m happy with everything so far.

The property manager and staff really cares about helping you get an apartment and is very knowledgeable. I thought the process was going to take more than one day and she got me the keys to my apartment in a single day. Apartment was fresh and clean upon arrival.

This complex used to be very clean the dumpsters are in really bad shape trash is all over the place and also the residents are not keeping things clean and they even use their patio for hanging their laundry that looks very tacky there's just a lot of mess everywhere but it's still a great place to live,oh and the laundry rooms are in bad shape very dirty and trash over loaded thank you

The property has downgraded so much. There’s trash everywhere and the landscaping is ugly. Pet owners do not pick after their pets. There’s neighbors so rude.

In love with these apartments. Awesome facility. They are nice and sweet and they will help you with anything you need. You can always tell them if anything is wrong with your apartment. And they can get fix for you.

I like how the apt are always clean but for the last 6 or 8 weeks the dumpster areas are full of trash. Maintenance issues get solve real quick that’s another thing I really like.

Not a bad place to live. I haven't experienced any crime around here. Pretty quiet most of the time. Rent seems a little high, but I haven't looked anywhere else...
