My experience was this is a consequence of the companies that own them. They buy a complex, do as little improvement as possible but enough to advertise higher rents (new leasing office with a coffee machine! New package lockers!). Then they get a bunch of people to sign leases at "discounted" rents (e g. 1st months free!) so they can show higher occupancy before they offload it to another company to do the same. "Luxury" is their sales pitch but most of these places are just putting lipstick on a pig.

I moved in back in late March of 2025. So far it's been great living here. Most of the time, is fairly quiet. My neighbors have been welcoming since day one. Personally rent is on the pricy side, but it has been manageable ever since they contracted with Flex to where I can split the rent in two payments. Otherwise, I would rate it a five. Thank you!

Parking has been a hassle, alot of non residents parking in permit areas. Other than that Maintanance and all the residents nearby are very nice.

I like it here it is nice and quiet and have met several new people and made a new friend. I had an issue with a leak and it was attended to right away. I still need a couple things done and hope they are taken care of soon.

Front desk staff has always been helpful and kind. I love the space itself. If I have any major concerns it's with the upkeep of certain amenities. The gates to both dog parks are destroyed and it's been months, for example.

Apartments are spacious, but unfortunately uninhabitable due to safety hazards such as an advanced roach infestation and signs of mold. Could be better if management get pest under control.

Really enjoying the community. Clean, secure, well maintained. Staff is always helpful and available. Other tenants are friendly as well. Amenities-pool, park, etc are also available and well maintained.

i’ve been living in 3 Coners east for almost 2 years. My experience has been great. I feel so comfortable and safe since they have security 24 seven a gated code entrance maintenance , office staff. really nice Cordial they really make me feel at home my only question is why should I have to pay 40. $ for a parking spot as Resident I should have a designated parking spot for the apartment without payment .

These apartments have potential if only yall cared about anything other than money. Yall increase rent every year & yet the entrance gates are constantly broken, the lights in the parking lot have not worked in years & nothing has ever been done. The gym equipment hasn’t worked in over a year, & the door locks on you if you don’t leave it wide open. There’s nothing recreational for families / children either. Yall could be so much better but refuse to do anything about it. The only reason I even gave yall a 3 is because most of the staff in the office are nice, but otherwise what you pay here isn’t worth it.

Have not moved in but the office staff is great! They helped me to get my paperwork and very nice about it. Ana has helped me so much from the first day I went in and all the calls about questions I have had.

Calm community, maintenance is quick to come if anything needs fixing. Staff is really nice and attentive with any concerns we may have, amenities are great! Do wish they had a playground for the kids.

The office staff never handled anything they say they will. Office not open on time last Saturday they were no there. I have reported the breeze lights are out for 2 years still not repaired. I don't have the time or space to write all the problems

Maintenance is really helpful and very chill. The front desk staff are extremely polite and helpful on the occasion that an issue or problem should arise.
