Parking has been a hassle, alot of non residents parking in permit areas. Other than that Maintanance and all the residents nearby are very nice.

I like it here it is nice and quiet and have met several new people and made a new friend. I had an issue with a leak and it was attended to right away. I still need a couple things done and hope they are taken care of soon.

Front desk staff has always been helpful and kind. I love the space itself. If I have any major concerns it's with the upkeep of certain amenities. The gates to both dog parks are destroyed and it's been months, for example.

Apartments are spacious, but unfortunately uninhabitable due to safety hazards such as an advanced roach infestation and signs of mold. Could be better if management get pest under control.

Really enjoying the community. Clean, secure, well maintained. Staff is always helpful and available. Other tenants are friendly as well. Amenities-pool, park, etc are also available and well maintained.

i’ve been living in 3 Coners east for almost 2 years. My experience has been great. I feel so comfortable and safe since they have security 24 seven a gated code entrance maintenance , office staff. really nice Cordial they really make me feel at home my only question is why should I have to pay 40. $ for a parking spot as Resident I should have a designated parking spot for the apartment without payment .

These apartments have potential if only yall cared about anything other than money. Yall increase rent every year & yet the entrance gates are constantly broken, the lights in the parking lot have not worked in years & nothing has ever been done. The gym equipment hasn’t worked in over a year, & the door locks on you if you don’t leave it wide open. There’s nothing recreational for families / children either. Yall could be so much better but refuse to do anything about it. The only reason I even gave yall a 3 is because most of the staff in the office are nice, but otherwise what you pay here isn’t worth it.

Calm community, maintenance is quick to come if anything needs fixing. Staff is really nice and attentive with any concerns we may have, amenities are great! Do wish they had a playground for the kids.

The office staff never handled anything they say they will. Office not open on time last Saturday they were no there. I have reported the breeze lights are out for 2 years still not repaired. I don't have the time or space to write all the problems

Last year my toilet and bathtub started backing up and all I had to do was call maintenance and that was the end of my responsibility to that. All I had to do after that was just let people in to take care of it. People want to glorify owning a home, but dang not having the anxiety and financial burden of dealing with that is worth so much more to me. But also from horror stories I’ve heard it seems like I’ve got lucky with decent management.

I absolutely love it here!!! Quite clean and QUITEE!!! And quick on maintenance and i only been here for 6 months and i have no problem with office people nor neighbors. Love it thinking on renewing.!

quickest move in process i've ever dealt with. staff is always welcoming and complex is always quiet. maintenance always works quickly and efficiently.

Nice apartments they have a lot of space but staff are neglectful of their jobs and duties , maintenance rarely comes to fix anything and when they do it’s done wrongly the 1st time

Overall like the apartments but they are a bit slow when it comes to fulfilling maintenance requests from residents. I do enjoy the community pools and unit overall.

Very nice community, apartments are spacious and ample usage. Amenities are wonderful-pool, washer/dryer, layouts. All very comfortable. Staff is always available.

I've been living here almost 2 years and have had excellent service from management and maintenance staff. I highly reccommend Three Corners East Apartments it's clean,quiet and well managed.

Clean property and maintenance people are nice The office people are only busy when we customers We have a rent portal we can use Because the office does not collect rent at all You would think they would be able to accept rent because some persons don’t have computer or internet to use rent portal sp they have to go a couple of places that will receive rent such as HEB stores where we have to pay a 2.00 fee to process the transaction
