About the house: - Rent is $925 + Energy/Wifi ($50) - There are four rooms, two shared full bathrooms, and other 3 people living in the house, all of them professionals on the late 20s/early 30s, the people are very friendly. - Laundry is coin operated and there is also a dryer in the basement. - Brookline/Brighton at Summit Avenue near green lines B and C train station a 10-minute walk away. - Whole Foods and CVS 4 minutes way. Near three parks with views, reservoir and sports courtyards. - There are several bus stops. Nearby also there is a tatte shop, gyms, restaurants and bars - The kitchen/ living room is fully equipped, you don't need to buy anything but you can if you want. - house has 2 porches and natural light the whole day, also a backyard for barbecue and fire pits! About the room: Lots of natural light, heating system, and it is well ventilated, big windows, tall ceilings, two closets, space for sleep, work, exercise and hobbies (painting for me) All items in the room are for Sale if needed Move in cost: -$925/month -$400/transfer fee
