Property Ratings at 2322 Richton
From the moment I moved in to this property it has been horrible experiences and fighting with the management company. Literally on my move-in day, my unit was filled with old appliances and none of the promised repairs were done, which forced me to occupy a vacant unit for around a week while they fixed my unit. The complex is constantly littered with trash, the pool has been closed for months, the dumpster which tenants share has overflowed with trash to the point of taking up parking spaces multiple times, roaches and mice are constantly in and around the complex and I have not seen pest control spray the property once, etc. The property management company is also completely useless and unresponsive. One time during my lease, I came home to find repairmen making cosmetic changes to my unit without my permission and without any notice given to me. They were literally just in my apartment switching out fixtures and fans with the door wide open and their dog in my unit. The company also nickels and dimes you for any repairs you may need telling you to resolve it on your own, if they even reply back to you. I have had exposed wire hanging from my patio for months with multiple service requests put out, to no avail. The gate to the complex was completely broken and not locking and it took months and multiple requests to get the company to fix it. While landlords and property management companies are often stereotyped as being rude and useless, this complex and company fits all of these stereotypes and complaints about landlords and apartment living to a tee. If you desire to live in a place riddled with trash, roaches, and other problems where you have to fight to get these issues fixed, this is the place for you. Stay away! Most people do because half the complex has been vacant for months anyway...
moved here 3 month ago and i love it. Walking distance to everywhere. All neighbors are great and i could not be any happier.
