One of a kind one bedroom apartment in a triplex for at 2111 Gordon Ave. This unit features a breathtaking view, skylight, private deck, artist lines and wonderful light. Additional pluses are free off street parking, on-site laundry, and storage. It is located right off the corner of Raymond and Como – just a five minute walk to the St. Paul Campus and intercampus bus, and Luther Seminary. It is just off Langford Park. We allow up to two persons occupancy. Our requirements are at least one full year of good rental history, no major criminal convictions, no UD’s, income at least twice the rent, and credit score of 620 and higher. In some cases we can accept additional deposit and/or a local co-signer if one requirement is missing. This is a smoke free building. We happily accept cats and dogs for an additional non refundable $200.00 pet fee and an additional rent per month.
