Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $150 pet cleaning fee as the apartment requires special cleaning after your stay. Guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Parking is available at $15 per night and must be reserved ahead of time to guarantee a space. Pack n' Play and high-top chair are available upon request for $10 per night. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lockout fee. A welcome booklet will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, including information about the property. Three days prior to arrival, arrival instructions will be sent, containing a navigational application that guides directly to the property.
