I consider it to be the Best block in Brighton - quiet, tree lined street. This is the first time it is available in 8 years. I am hoping the next group has the same longevity. Let me first say that this is really a 5 bedroom. It is not a closet or porch that was made into a 5th bedroom. These are all real bedroom and they are all on the 3rd floor. But I am willing to rent it to a group of 4 or 5 for the following price If you are a group of 4, the price is $4,000 per month If you are a group of 5, the price is $4,500 per month - Five (5) Bedrooms. All bedrooms are on the 3rd floor - Large, beautiful deck overlooks great Secluded Yard. - Kitchen with all the modern amenities. - Victorian style Living Room and Dining Room with show Fireplace. - Enclosed front porch. - 1 Bathroom just recently remodeled. With radiant heat floor - Washer and Dryer in unit. - Garage - Easy on or off street parking with no stickers required. - Just a few minute walk to multiple bus lines including Express Bus to Downtown. These are the 57 to Kenmore Sq; the 64 to University Pk and Kendall Sq in Cambridge; the 501 Express bus to Downtown Boston; and the 503 Express bus to Copley Sq in Back Bay. Just $4,000 for a group of 4 and $4,500 per month for a group of 5 !! Utilities not included. Heat is Gas. And there are all new insulated windows. I require First and Last month before you move in. NO FEE!! I have owned this house for over 40 years and the two issues in the past that have prevented groups from renting this house: (1) Only one bathroom; (2) Not on T. Before responding to this ad, please make sure you speak with your group and make sure everybody is OK with these issues. Also, please tell me about your group and what is important to you in the place you live. I don’t want to waste anybody’s time.
