About This Property

FULLY FURNISHED! Month to month lease! Stay as long or as short as you want! The apartment consists of five small rooms: living room, eat in kitchen, 2 bedrooms (with closets)! ...both bedrooms come complete with the most fire-engine-red-looking-carpet in town! (ok, that wasn't really a selling point, but whatever...). full bathroom and there is also a shared basement (shared with neighbor upstairs), accessible from the outside of the house, where a demented genetically altered troll lives. Features: GARAGE! Yes, you get the garage. Hardwood floors, with carpet in the bedrooms Washer and dryer in the basement (not coin-op) Fenced in yard Pets are welcome (but no pitbulls, rotweillers, chows or akitas). No I am not a dog hater. I love dogs and I will believe you when you insist that Spike is really sweet and great around babies, but that is not the point. My insurance company is very strict when it comes to breed restrictions. They are the dog racists, not me. I love your pitbull. He just can't live here. All other breeds are welcome. Lawn and snow: It is your responsibility, unless you want to pay 50 bucks more and I'll commission someone else to do it. Neighborhood: Wheelock Pkwy neighborhood. It is a nice, middle class neighborhood, and is very diverse in a super charming way: hipsters, immigrants, computer nerds, minorities, immigrants, artists, hippies, capitalists, gangster wannabes, Leave-it-to-Beaver moms, folk singing lesbians, folk singing Bible thumpers and an occasional psycho or two. No application fee! Application fees are for commies. I also don't pull credit. Tenant pays for gas and electricity. I pay for your trash service and water, so take long showers! This is one of my cheapest places. It goes quickly, so text me now! And there is no troll. Trolls aren't real. I just put that in there to weed out the weirdos that are scared of trolls and are too lazy to read the whole post. The cute apartment is real and it is full of stylish, vibrant colors, specifically chosen mood altering tone that is designed to subconsciously encourage punctual rent payment.
