Everyone at 1331 has been extremely friendly and helpful since moving in. The building has amazing amenities and stunning rooftop views. Among the most exciting discoveries since moving in is how little noise from outside we can hear in the building and in the apartment. Loving the new home!

The building is not as sound proof as I would have expected for the cost so you can hear doors slam, dogs barking, music playing and loud walking from neighbors. Pro is the location and the building is beautiful.

We moved in two weeks ago and the staff here is fantastic. They are responsive, polite, and friendly. Alex in maintenance has been particularly helpful in helping us set up various lighting fixtures, mounting our tv, and addressing all of our questions and concerns. We are very pleased with the service, the building, and all the warm smiles.

The building is simply fantastic. The maintenance and concierge service is 5 stars. The amenities are always clean and well maintained. Even though the building is almost 100% occupied, you hardly hear any noise.

The concierge team is very welcoming & friendly. Area feels safe and secure, provides easy national mall & wharf access, but lacks a grocery/liquor store. Issues center around the lack of clarity of services provided & getting the right service. There is a 24/7 concierge desk (not a doorman) that facilitates access & packages/other delivery, yet getting your food delivered to your unit can be hit or miss depending on who's working, how many people are working, & how busy they are. Same issue for finding packages. Unit was not cleaned & checked well for maintenance items prior to leasing. There were spider webs, appliances not working properly, doors not properly sealed, & shower & sink nozzles weren't cleaned for proper water flow. Building upkeep/cleaning could improve (checking & cleaning furniture & carpets for stickiness, wetness, or stains (from food or pets) & repairing long time damage in common areas. With a bit more attention to detail and service, 1331 could be 5 stars.

In Washington Skyline, 1331 is a monument dedicated to living. You have breathtaking views of beautiful Washington D.C. all the time and in every direction you see. Great and very warm community! And you have everything at hand: the monuments, museums, the river, restaurants, parks, a golf course, and close to the work areas in the city. It really is located in a very centric area. Flowers and Cherry Blossom is essential part of the beauty in this place.

Firstly, I’d like to give special mention to the team at 1331 (Daryl, Ghana, Luis, Phillip, Dushane, Ahmed, Amaya). The team made me feel right at home and accommodated my every need. The level of service was first class and the team continue to work tirelessly to uphold a high standard. The facilities were luxurious and the level of detail in the design was meticulous. I really enjoyed the rooftop in particular - hands down the best view in D.C. The gym was stellar and housed the latest equipment. One thing I will sorely miss is the community at 1331; I’ve formed some great relationships and I’m truly grateful to have lived here.

The property and the unit were absolutely beautiful. So many apartment communities use the term "luxury", but clearly have never been to 1331. The pictures don't lie, it really is beautiful and grand. 360 views of the city and great view of the Tidal Basin.

The staff has been amazing, we would hate to name just a few because they truly have all been wonderful. They are very responsive and most importantly kind. The building itself is stunning and has great amenities. We have a dog and have enjoyed the accessibility to the mall. Safety was a huge priority for us as well and feel very safe in this area. The only negative thing I can think of is the access to the nightlife and food scene (and groceries) in DC. You do have the wharf but other than that you do have to Uber to any other neighborhoods. We have been so thankful for our time here and do not regret our decision.
