Room Available in Brighton! Hey everyone! I have a fantastic apartment available at Eagle Rock Apartments and Townhomes! This apartment is right across from the New Balance Headquarters and is in a quiet and safe area! Details: - 2-bedroom, 1-bath unit - You’ll be sharing with just one other girl - I have the master bedroom with AC and a spacious closet - Plenty of storage in the living room closets - On-site laundry facilities - Parking available in a parking lot on property ($115 a month) - Rent: $1,530 base (includes all utilities except water, sewage, and internet; may range up to $1,600 based on utilities and if you choose to get parking) -Conveniently located near the commuter rail and Cambridge - Move-in dates are flexible from mid-October to whenever convenient. Lease ends June 30th 2025. I will have already paid October rent so you can move in as early as October 15th for half of the month free for rent and parking and start paying November 1st! If you’re interested or have any questions, feel free to reach out! I would love to show the apartment in person!
