Low Rent, Great Location... Terrible "Landlord"

I have a wonderful apartment. The whole building has that old character that many look for in Back Bay and Kenmore Square. Wide staircases and somewhat new carpet in the hallways make it easy to move in and easy to come home to. Hardwood floors and crown molding make coming home and relaxing easy as well. The tough part is the out of touch "landlord" that has been managing this building for far too long. He will search through your trash and leave aggressive notes on your door for not following the "large trash bag" rule. (I didn't think a NOTE could scare me so much). There is no one to call in an apartment emergency as he will scream at you and threaten to evict you if you call him. He will also enter your apartment without any notice and refuse to pay you back if he or the maintenance person (who is the sweetest guy-Bernardo) breaks something in your apartment. All in all I am tired of being treated like a child living here, but with such a low rent payment, it's hard to complain TOO much.
