Hello, We have a spacious 2-bedroom apartment in Allston on Commonwealth Ave. for sublet starting on May 1st! It is a 30-second walk to the Packard's Corner/Brighton Ave. T stop, and 3-minute walk to the Super 88 Market and Star Market. Extremely convenient location with tons of restaurants and shopping within a short walk. The sublet would last until August 31st, at which point you can choose to renew the lease with the management company. The apartment is on the top (5th) floor of the building with an elevator. Great living room with bay windows, 2 good-sized bedrooms, kitchen with gas range. Onsite management, and washer/dryer in the basement. Heat/water included. Great location for graduate students or young working professionals in Boston! No pets please. Also, unfortunately no undergrads or music students in this building.
