NEW OWNERS AND MANAGEMENT! Gervais Lake Apartments purchased this 102 unit apartment building (formally known as Highcrest and Vadnais Crossings) on County Road D East and Labore in March of 2018. Since then, countless hours have been spent on catching up on neglected maintenance and overall improvement of the complex. All hallways have been painted and lighting is being replaced, over 20 apartments have been completely remodeled (paint, appliances flooring, etc.), all the garages have been redone inside and out, and we're not stopping there. Continued improvements in 2019 include; painting the outside of the building and balconies, sealcoating and restriping the parking lot, further work on the hallways/laundry rooms and much more.
