All tile floor on lower level - perfect for those wet feet coming in from the pool. Energy efficient certified home (Windows, A/C, insulation). One year old AC system. Brand new refrigerator. Fresh paint throughout. Rent includes weekly pool service. Owner operator (no middleman) is very responsive to any/all repairs in the future. Pets welcome, but you can take $50/month off the rent if you will have no pets during the term of the lease. One or two year lease terms available. No smoking in the house or garage. Security Deposit $5,500 (fully refundable) Cleaning Deposit $700 ($400 is refundable) Pets welcome but add $300 non refundable cleaning deposit. This rental is owner operated.
