I would not recommend this property to anyone. Had issues before I even moved in and should've taken that as a sign to avoid this place. The leasing office is very unorganized and it takes forever to get ahold of them. Pool and hot tub always had issues so were closed a lot of the time. Moving out was an even bigger headache. Save your time and sanity and stay somewhere else.

Cyan at Green Valley is a beautiful place to live in a quiet community with private amenities. We love to go on walks with our dog through the beautiful landscape under all the trees and my dog enjoys the dog park often.

I would never rent here again. Nor would I recommend the property to anyone at this time. The property manager Courtney flat out lied to us on several occasions. It's been months and we still have items unresolved from move in on June 7, 2024.

I don't recommend it. Staff is not attentive and is disorganized. They usually don't answer their phone and want to get rid of you as soon as you enter the office. They are arrogant and unapologetic. Their maintenance worker will always stare when you are outside. And etc can't wait to leave.

Cyan at Green Valley is a great place to live. The smoke free community is fantastic, friendly and safe. The apartment units have modern amenities and no carpeting (which I love)! The maintenance team is amazing and the office management team are friendly and very helpful. I definitely would recommend living here. Not only is Cyan a peaceful place to call home but it's beautiful as well. The amenities make this more than just an apartment. But what really sold us, is the leasing office. Our staff is absolutely amazing. They're all so sweet and so quick to handle any concerns or questions. These are people you have to deal with consistently and knowing you can go to an office without dealing with rude or frustrated people, makes all the difference in the world. So thank you to them.

This place is quiet, safe, and has less units than most complexes, resulting in a more private and exclusive living experience. Plenty of guest parking with an optional detached garage that you can use for storage or a second car. Location is very convenient to all the major shopping areas making commutes easy. I hope the rental prices do normalize, otherwise I recommend taking a short term lease until the prices settle. That’s also another highlight, the lease terms don’t change regardless of the length in time. Most places would charge more for say a 6 month vs 12 month lease but this place doesn’t, giving you the flexibility at a good price.

Very unhappy with the Cyan Gv property and living experience, especially for the price we pay. “Remodel” was VERY poorly done. Laughable at best. Adobe management was much better than current owner. We do not feel valued as residents. My rent has more than doubled in the 9 years I’ve lived here and the owner does not care about the actually quality of life of the residents. I would never recommend anyone move here.

Going on 2nd year at Cyan - so far no issues, all good. Staff are friendly, and maintenance staff are always on the ball. The grounds are manicured regularly and it is very quiet at night. Awesome place to live.

Great location. Bedrooms are on a smaller side but the opened floor plan with high celling's makes up for it. Has great community events for all ages. Good management team. A little disorganized but a good team.

Just be honest! Green valley is 5 miles away from here. The sign at the entrance is so tacky plus you cant see cars coming. The sign impairs my vision.. the trash bin is full of trash! To overflowing least you can do is to remind residents to hit the green button!! Do it can compress the garbage. But people are lazy by nature.. and dont take ownership of this once beautiful complex I call home thank you for .. ?

The sign at the front entrance has been moved and we apologize for the inconvenience of our trash being over flown the past week. Our compactor had been damaged during the heavy rain storms we had a few weeks back but we assure you this is up and running again! I needed to find an apartment in Henderson within one week while living in Texas. Management was extremely helpful giving me virtual tours of everything and answering all of my questions. Im happy to say the photos online look just as they do in person unlike other apartments. Im so happy I chose to live here!

I've been living here for seven years, I knew when I signed the lease in 2014, that I made the right decision. Since then, many enhancements have been made to the already beautiful complex. The management staff is very nice and professional. That means a lot to me, a very satisfied customer!

I have lived here for 10 years and two owners. They continue to keep the complex updated and quiet. The staff and maintenance have always worked with the tenant to try to get the problem solved.

We really haven't had a good experience here. I like the area and my apartment but it needs updating. They said I would have to move.

Apartments way on the smaller side! I've seen cruise ship bathrooms bigger than the bathroom in this place. Apartment was built in 2003, but looks way older than that. Office staff is very rude and rent is really high! If you want to spend that much money on apartment, just look a few blocks away and you can find a bigger apartment with bigger bedrooms and more amenities.

Beautiful little apartment community! Lots of luxury apartments out here in Henderson but this one seems a bit more special! Great amenities!

If youre looking for a quiet community in the heart of Henderson, this is the place to be. The people are kind, the apartments have great layouts, and the community is beautiful. Youre minutes away from shopping, restaurants, and freeway entrances. The community itself is tucked away in a little oasis and makes you feel safe and comfortable. There are not enough words to describe how happy I am with this experience and my new home! 10/10 would recommend and Ive only lived here for 2 weeks!

The owners (corporate) hike the rent up by 15.8% in 1 year "because we couldn't last year due to COVID." Management refuse to do anything about the pot heads smoking weed in the parking lot or in the homes, making other neighboring apartments reek of weed; yeah it's legal here, but their bad habit shouldn't infringe on others. Replacing all their grass with astro turf and rocks making the place seem stale.
