I'd like to share a few thoughts about my apartment, Zinc. it's exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The location is also unbeatable - just 2 minuite walk from Lechmere Station, which makes commuting incredibly convenient. One thing I truly appreciate is the management team's responsiveness. Whenever I submit a work order, they respond promptly and resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. Another thing I really enjoy is the proximity to Cambridge Crossing Park, with beautiful and therapeutic scenery that offers a peaceful escape from daily routines. The surrounding area also features a variety of great restaurants, making the neighborhood both relaxing and vibrant. Overall, I've had an outstanding experience living here and would highly recommend Zinc to anyone looking for a place that combines comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Zinc is very nice building, It has fitness center and pool table. The management team is very nice and quick to address resident’s needs. The building did new carpets and painting in common area recently. The maintenance team is quick to fix issues. It provide two yoga classes every week. All in all, it is very pleasure to live in Zinc.

Have been here for 3-4 years and very happy with everything so far. Great people even when I had a flood from the apartment above me having a fire and water fell from the ceiling mid work day... they helped save it and make it livable within a short time. Josh and the maintenance people and the best you will find.

I had a very bad experience today with a leasing agent from Greystar. I was contacted yesterday by a very nice person. I was contacted by a totally different person this morning, i thought all is normal. We started the application and by the time we were about to submit it the rent went 500$ higher than we discussed. I tried to contact the person i was talking to since the morning. He didn't pick up at first, i left a voice message. I tried the second time, he answered by mistake and then hang up. Then he called, I explained my concern, he said that prices can change any minute and this is normal. He said he will get back to me. Few minutes later, he got back to me saying that this is it, the rent went higher at 6:00 m this morning and that was mentioned on the website. Although the price on the apartment building still showing the same as we agreed to. I am so disappointed.

I love my new home at Zinc. The location is perfect for me, for walking to my job in Cambridge yet being so close to Boston and all that is has to offer. I decided it was time to treat myself to "luxury" apartment living with all the conveniences and amenities, and I'm glad I did.

Zinc is a very clean place to live with lots of community amenities. The apartment is spacious and the rent is comparable to places I looked at that were not clean, new or convenient. When I found zinc it was a breath of fresh air. Other places were very disappointing, especially since I was moving from a house in NY state to an apartment in a city.

Amazing place to live, very quiet and construction noise was really not an issue. The apartment is clean and stylish with a great layout and reasonable price. There are many interesting activities for residents to bond with our community. Staff, management and concierge are all very nice, and Im very happy to work with Aizhan who helped me throughout the entire leasing process. She is always cheerfully responsive to all of my questions and did an amazing job that makes my move-in so easy. Overall, I can't recommend this building and community highly enough.

I recently moved into Zinc and have nothing but good things to say. The building is beautiful and very well taken care of and all the staff is great. Jessica helped me with the leasing process and she was amazing to work with. She answered all of my questions and made the moving process so easy. I can't recommend this building enough.

I have really enjoyed my living experience at Zinc so far. The apartments have great layouts and amenities. There are rarely ever any issues and if there are they are minor (trash disposal not working) and my maintenance requests are completed within the hour by such friendly staff! They do a great job having events while following guidelines for COVID-19.

The only challenge I would mention is the culture that has changed over the past 2 years and I understand that the more the building get occupied the harder it is for the management and everyone to get along but there was an issue on my floor which I had brought into management attention couple of month ago and they asked me I have to send an email regarding my neighbor not complying with tge community policy and they didnt take tgat as a notice by just calling the office which to me was kind of annoying. I am not willing to confront the neighbor nor do I want to send a complaint under my name for something that they need to oversight instead of me just observing.

Ive been at Zinc for nearly a month, but the experience has been great so far! The staff has been great in communicating prior to our move and making the transition go as smoothly as possible. We were even late with our move, but they still accommodated accordingly and made sure that our move went really well. The staff as well as our new neighbors continue to be hospitable and I have nothing bad to say about the community. Thanks again for having us!
