      Named for the towering rock formation that rises above the neighborhood, Lone Mountain is a quintessential Las Vegas community. Stucco homes with terracotta roofs stand behind succulent gardens, with the 600 ft. tall Lone Mountain visible from most places in the area.

      The mountain is actually a large asset for the area, providing just over two miles of trials for hikers, bikers, and horseback riders. It provides stunning views of the landscape it overlooks, including the Las Vegas Strip.

      Not worth it

      The apartment itself was nice. I rented an upgraded 2bd 2ba. My neighbors were terrible and were dirty. Cockroaches every now and then, probably because they put garbage outside the door for their trash collection. Terrible idea!!! Also, it's been 19 days over the 30 days they have to give me back my deposit. I will be suing this place pretty soon.

I understand that while you found the upgraded 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment itself to be nice, the issues with cleanliness and your neighbors' behavior must have been very frustrating, especially given the presence of cockroaches. It's clear that the improper handling of trash was a major problem that negatively impacted your living experience. Regarding the delayed return of your deposit, that takes 30-90 days As you mentioned, it has been 19 days beyond the legally permitted 30-day period. I hope the situation is resolved promptly to avoid further escalation. thank you

      Do not move here if you want to be happy

      I have lived here for a very long time The new managers that took over A couple months ago are absolutely incompetent They have no compassion they have no idea how to do their job I know firsthand that they allow people to move apartments when their apartment is to roach infested because they refuse to go in and make people clean their places On top of that they don't just Kick them out they move them to another apartment so you have a chance of getting roaches yourself so If I were you and you want to be safe oh by the way the amenities are never available gym doesn't work pool's never open And the gates are very On and off if they're even secure so it's not even safe so if I were you I would not move here if you don't want to be roach infested And not be safe

      Always someone breaking into the homes , security is never around , so many roaches, my home got broken into maintenance told me we were the 10th people who also got broken into. Mailroom always getting broken into as well

      I have been with Xander 3900 for about month now. So far, my expectations of the apartment community I had formed from reading reviews and doing my own research have been met. The community is friendly: the neighbors, maintenance crew, and leasing agents. My apartment layout and condition is what was portrayed to me through apartment.com listings and Xander's 3900 website. Sometimes the neighbors can get noisy, but so far any ruckus that is happening dies down by 9:00 PM or so. I cannot speak to amenities provided here; I have, in part, not tried them out because the front office has not yet dispensed key fobs for accessing the amenities. I was told I could always contact someone in the front office to open the doors or gates, but I see that method as a restriction since often times I want to use the amenities when the front office is not open. Regardless, renting an apartment at Xander 3900 is worth considering.

      The community is not clean , the hallways are extremely dirty. The idea of having the trashes sitting at door is horrible. The whole community stinks. There are roaches and bugs everywhere. People dont pick up after they dogs. No one havent wash or cleaning the stairs and the walkway.

      From the day I moved in, till this very day ( year and a half later) my living here at Xander3900 has been one issue after another. All I ever ask for is communication. A chance to sit down and talk it out. But that doesnt happen. I dont usually get a call back or email back until Ive done multiple attempts to get a hold of someone. It should be that hard to talk to someone and get to an agreement.

      The apartments themselves are nice enough but maintenance is a PAIN to deal with. When the pandemic first happened I could understand but it doesn't take weeks to get a filter and they constantly close our requests when no one ever came. We are home all day and it is literally impossible for us to miss anyone.

      I searched and toured about a dozen of apartments, a majority of the teams acted like showing me an apartment was wasting their time. Acting like they where doing me a favor, showing a potential neighbor their complex. That is definitely not the case at Xander 3900, the whole team show genuine hospitality, and a great attitude. Who ever hired the sales team hit it out of the park. Keep up the good work. If you are thinking about moving in, do it now! I learned this the hard was as their prices and availability changes often.       Terrible

      When we moved in the carpet was sticky, bathroom had rust everywhere, black mold in the bathtub and garbage disposal was broken. Looked like they just gave it a wipe down and moved us in. When we complained, they said they would re clean the carpet and never did. When the maintenance man came in to fix the garbage disposal he blamed us for shoving too much food down there but we had just moved in? Laundry door was missing upon move in and bathroom wood was tore. Maintenance takes forever to respond. The leasing office and management never pick up to calls or respond to emails. It's a hassle to get ahold of anyone working here. Neighbors would leave threatening notes on our door and when we told management all they said was sorry and did nothing about it. We couldn't even stay for our whole lease because of how bad this place is so we agreed on breaking the lease with management and they agreed for us to pay half of the whole amount then make payments for the rest of the amount. They went back on their word and now are saying they will send us to collections. Everyone working in the leasing office doesn't know what they're doing. When you talk to them they will tell you one thing, but when you talk to the manager, they will tell you something completely different. Everyone working here was rude. Don't waste your time or money here when you can stay at a much nicer place for less than what Xander asks for rent.

      No running water

      They’ve been dealing with their crummy pipes for 4 days, leaving tenants with NO WATER! Uninhabitable living standards, and front office and corporate has nothing to offer but lies and lip service. This is why I reported them to the health department. Unless your ideal home includes using outhouses that also don’t work, and bathing from water bottles, don’t live at this dump!

      Poor professionalism

      Coming from out of town, when I landed a job here in Vegas I soon started looking for apartments, making phone calls and scheduling tours. After my tour with Xander, I was sure I had found a great fit and signed my agreement to have my first month’s of rent ready by the 1st of the month. Upon my arrival with my U Haul and first month’s rent, they claimed my application hadn’t been approved yet, but in all actuality they misplaced it by filing it under the wrong name. The front desk clerks, Sony and Alejandra were very unprofessional. They stayed on their phones, scrolling through Facebook and Instagram the entire time I was patiently waiting for them find my application that another clerk had filed incorrectly. The next day they called and found my application but refused to reimburse me for the storage unit I had to pay for and hotel room I had to stay in. In addition, when I got the keys to the apartment, it wasn’t clean and the freezer was broken. The only consistently kind, hard working people in this place is the maintenance crew. Avoid this place if you value professionalism and respect.

      Not Another Angry Tenant

      Very disappointed with management and the way the place is run. Very dirty, the leasing agents are not professional at all. There's one girl (Tisha) whom always catches an attitude and is likes to get smart with tenants. There is so many huge dogs and their owners don't pick up after them. Make sure you don't just tour the "model" unit, ask to see the actual unit if possible, I suggest you do not get into this contract unless you really take a deep tour of the community. Never again... it used to be a great complex and somehow it just went downhill.

      Impressed!

      Xander 3900 is everything that you are looking for when its comes to apartment living. Its away from the strip but close enough to visit as you please. The complex is hidden in a residential neighhood which made it hard for us to find. That's not a bad thing I guess. If it was hard to find for me maybe that would deter crime as well. Its about 5 minutes to the 95 freeway and about 10 minutes from the 215. So getting around Las Vegas would be quick and easy. Now, what I didn't like about Xander was that yes it is gated but the main gate by the front office is open during business hours so anybody would be able to drive or walk through. How many pizza companies are there on the area? At least 4 LOL! The reason I know that is because at least 2 -3 pizza menus are on my door every couple of weeks. The complex is two stories which is a plus but for my time frame there wasn't a two bedroom renovated upstairs available. The first floors are nice and has the wood flooring thoughout but just for piece of piece of mind I prefer to live upstairs. I've had some bad experience in the past with noisy neighbors. Now I would rather be the one making the noise. J/k. My family and I decided to go with a different complex just for the fact that they had a second floor availible. So if your looking for a first floor apartment in a great area check out Xander.

      Hard not to give 5 stars!

      Hard not to give Xander 3900 (Alexander Gardens) anything but 5 stars! I first looked at the Alexander Gardens about 9 months ago, and I chose to live elsewhere but returned recently, this time, decided to make Xander 3900 (recent name change) my place to call home! The renovation that they are making to the property makes the property look like the total opposite of what I saw last year! The staff at the Xander 3900 are the best in the business especially Sonde. They know what they are doing and with everything that is going on with the renovation they go above and beyond to make sure my initial visit to Xander 3900 (2nd visit) as comfortable as possible. The few maintenance requests I had are addressed ASAP by employees that know what they are doing! One thing that sets them apart from the other apartments I've lived in are that they follow up! As soon as my requests have been completed the staff in the office calls to see if there is anything else that we need to fix and thanked me for being a resident! The floor plans have flair you don't see in a older community, plenty of storage and spacious because of the high ceilings and windows. Although I went from a 1500 sq ft house down to a 1100 sq ft apartment, I feel like we haven't lost any space. Check out the Xander 3900, if you do let them know I sent you!       Exceptional!

      I really enjoy it here. It's a nice, quiet community and the people are really nice from the neighbors to the people in the office. This is the first place I've been to where I feel like the people actually care about their residents and potential residents. They welcomed my whole family with open arms, dog included and made us feel welcome. The apartment itself is really nice and cozy and has so much closet space to put everything in, the layout itself is well thought out. I would recommend if this is the type of stuff you are looking for in a place to live.

      We love it here!!!!

      I haven't lived here very long, but so far, my kids and I love Xander 3900. It has at least met or exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful inside and out, and very impressive in both looks and amenities. Let me say that Xander is the first place I have ever lived that actually want to refer my friend and family to live! Every time someone asks where I moved to or are looking to move I tell them to check out Xander 3900. It really is exceptional living, as advertised. I feel like my money spent well. Haven't had to deal with maintenance yet, but Brian and Sande in the office are great. Friendly, helpful and cares about getting work orders done. They treat you with respect like family and not just a "resident" They are doing renovations all around the property and cannot wait until they are complete! To the review on here saying their bill comes out high... I'm in a two bedroom larger and I have 2 two kids and my water, sewer and trash bill is no more then $65 with no pets! Also, this is Las Vegas and your in the heat... you're going to see a bug or 2. What I like best is they have a weekly pest control service that you can request anytime!

      Very Hugh Water and Sewage charges.

      I signed a lease for 10 months, my rent was only supposed to be 679 for a 1 bedroom. I have one Chihuahua and one son. We we were always either at work or school so barely home. Every month my rent would come out to $850 or more. And that's because the water and sewage was extremely high so if I'm going to spend that much money I might as well go live in a 2 bedroom apartment. Plus my washer was always breaking and maintenance would just rig it so it would work for a couple weeks. So please be prepared to pay more then you actually think your gonna pay. Plus basketball court and sauna out of service the whole time I lived there.

      Under new management

      When we moved in we had a different management and everything was great now we have new ones and everything is a little shaky. As of right now we love the place it's nice and big for our family of 3 and two pets. Close to the pool and work out place, we love the security at night. Great place if you are starting a new family I for sure feel safe in this place... oh and we are by tons and tons of shopping and restaurants.

      Love the size of my apartment and the location is great. Close to the 95 and across from a wonderful park. The landscape is mature and beautiful.

      Too many bugs, maintenance is a joke

      these apartments definitely need a make over. Too many bugs and I've been waiting over 3 weeks for maintenance to come fix problems and I've called multiple times and no one knows what's going on.
