Property Ratings at Wyandotte
Horrible, horrible, horrible! Where do I start the place is infested with roaches nothing is renovated. The water is constantly getting cut off without notice, one time I was getting ready for work taking a shower and the water was cut off never any notice of the shut off and it last for an hour maybe more. Huge roaches come in from under the door due to nothing blocking it they do nothing about it. The pictures shown are from the sink being clogged constantly (not from me) I asked the maintenance Why is it always clogged, they said it’s the neighbor sink because it’s all connected together. Then the water heater broke. Water was everywhere on the floor, call to have someone look at it that’s how I found out it was the water heater. They left it uncovered, and did not fix it for a week no water heater means no hot water. Horrible living conditions inhumane. The people in the office are no better. Find something better living here was a true nightmare.
You maybe considering living here because of the location and cheap rent but you absolutely get what you pay for here because it’s the worst place I’ve ever lived! Rather your lease is up and you put a 30 day notice in they will STILL rack up bogus charges and put it on your credit if you refuse to pay! Myself and my children were attacked by violent neighbors and the manager did absolutely nothing! I still waited until my lease was up to move although we were so scared to live here (very high crime area) but was still charged over a thousand dollars! Please don’t do it! You will be sorry! No one deserves to live in this filthy place!
Prices have skyrocketed here and it doesn’t make sense at all. Our apartment came in a horrible condition: the bathtub had a huge burn on the wall, cracks where ants and other insects came in (I keep my apartment clean but i had to duck tape the cracks once i found out the where coming from there), overall stains that are tough to get out and still have yet to get out, a mailbox that couldn’t open and i had to call in maintenance twice to get it fixed 2weeks later. Last time I renew my lease they increase the rent by $10, I only renew for 6 months, then they tried to increase it by another $15 and when I went to argue about it bringing up all the above points and how there are apartments much cheaper nearby the manager just kept repeating “it’s the market value after a year best I can do is lower it by $5”. The manager even forgot we only renewed 6mo ago and not a whole year so a full CPI increase doesn’t make sense. Don’t get me wrong I love my little apartment and the price is still cheaper than the average but it’s become overpriced now for what it offers.
Stay away from this pile of crap apartment complex. They are Rude, will rip you off anyway possible and not one concern about you as a renter!
I Am 19 Year Old An This Is My First Apartment And I'm Haveing Help From My Mom And Aunty To Stay With Wyandotte , & I'm Hopeing I Can Live Here For A Good Amount Of Time .
I am very pleased about my new flooring all wood no carpet turns out to be affordable. Thanks giving me a renovation and the appliances are perfect.
Best maintenance , been there 2 years, economical rent rates. Convenient Location- close to Las Vegas strip, 1-15, Palace Station casino . I will renew lease.

Over all value for the money is good. A contract pool maintenance company comes 2 or 3 times per week to service the pool. Laundry room and grounds are cleaned daily. Outside service company is called as needed to service laundry machines. Very close to bus line. Most anything you need is in walking distance and a Wal-Mart is 2.3 miles away. This is the second time i have live here. I had moved to the east coast for 5 years and when i returned moved right back to this apartment complex. Some of my old neighbors where still here.
