I Love my home !
I'll start with, every employee is nice and gentle with me. If there is an issue with my apartment maintenance is there the same day. And they clean up after. Thank you Rigo,Chis, and Leo! excellent service ! For my girl in the office, they are are all loving and always attentive when I need help. April,Mariana and Del you all have done so much for me. Thank you ! Love you all !

4 years resident here
I enjoy living here, things around the property changed for the better when Fairfield took over. My apartment was renovated this September, I am very happy with the update. The price is great for what I receive. The maintenance team Chris, Leo & Rigo are very responsive and helpful. The office staff April, Mariana & Huda take care of the residents.

Love my townhome
I enjoy living here. It’s a good location. Not far from shopping and activities. It’s pretty quiet. The staff is great. Huda, April, Liz and Mariana are always polite and happy to help if I need assistance with anything. Chris, Leo and Rigo are prompt and do good work. I sent an email because one of my kids locked us out of the bathroom and they came out within a few hours to let us in. I also LOVE the fact that when I enter that office, I’m greeted and addressed by name. Always a plus. I’ve had a great experience here.

Bad business
I have been calling everyday for the past 2 weeks and they still haven’t answered no calls this make no sense

NO COMMUNICATION
I've been reaching out to this place for over a month to apply, but not ONCE have I heard back. It seems like they don't even care if people want to be a part of their community or looking for a home. They tell you to call for more info, and when you do, they say that they'll return your calls but they NEVER DO.

The worst management
what a shame to this place, the new manager is very unpolite and RUDE, I been leaven in this place for like 5 years already but since she arrive is been very BAD!! I cant even call for the maintanence cause she answer the phone in a very bad mood, well I HOPE the corp or supervicers put at END to this rudeness, and replace her or even BETTER FIRED HER!!!!
