Windsor Mystic River is an excellent place to live . Great location , amenities , staff and maintenance . Any issues that do come up are handled in a professional and quick manner . Building is well run and maintained . We are very happy here and everything you need is close by , Wegmans , Marshalls , Petco , Dicks sporting directly across the street as are bus stops and wellington station is around the corner. We have a club room , gym ,movie theater , conference rooms and a pool . Very Happy to call Windsor our home !!

Like I said being a tenant here Ive seen Windsor get better and better each year just have to keep an eye on dog owners who need to be a lil cleaner with their dogs otherwise it's a beautiful place to reside.

Windsor is an excellent place to live . Starts with a great management team and staff. Excellent amenities that are well maintained and the best maintenance team one could ask for . Location is great and so much to do within walking distance . Love living here and so does our dog with having a beautiful dog park to play in . We also enjoy the benefits of the movie theater , pool , gym , conference rooms and a community room along with great outdoor activities available . Lovely place to be and we love our apartment a well .

Windsor Mystic River is an excellent place to live, especially for families. The building is well-maintained, and the atmosphere is great. One of the best parts is the convenient location—there are nearby grocery stores and other essential shops, making everyday errands easy. The overall experience here has been wonderful, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living space

The Windsor Mystic River is exactly what we were looking for. One level, good layout, wonderful amenities and ideally located with easy access to to stores.
Prior to move-in, Andy had given me a virtual tour of the building and my unit. Andy has been extremely accommodating and promptly calls me back whenever I call or I've had questions. The customer service has been excellent and communication between property management and residents has been fantastic thus far. I moved in on July 9th, and received my key from Mateo who showed my dad and I around the grounds. He was very welcoming and helpful. Skylar and Michelle have also been very welcoming and understanding especially with reserving elevators for furniture.
The maintenance staff has always been very professional and courteous and I appreciate that they respond to my requests so quickly.
Maitenance team at Windsor Mystic River goes above and beyond every time to do the job, get it right and to completion in the best way possible. Professionalism , Knowledge and Ability are all strengths of the maintenance team . Thankful and appreciate the way they care for the community !

I moved in to an apartment with no hot water and a dryer that didn’t work. I put in a work order for the dryer that took 48 hrs for a response. They replaced my dryer, however it doesn’t actually get hot or dry clothes. I have put in another work order, called them many times and have yet to hear back from maintenance. I am spending my work day and my after hours chasing after these people to try and have basic necessities at what is marketed as a luxury community. A very frustrating and time consuming experience.
The maintenance team here is incredible. They work so hard and have a great customer service mentality. Always top of the line!
The maintenance guys are always very fast usually coming a couple hours after my request and always very nice and helpful
Great community, local to basically everything, great dog park, beautiful floorplans and buildings, and friendly staff. We feel safe living here, our dog loves it and we have several friends who are now interested in this area and Windsor specifically. That said, we do have two complaints. First, that the gym has several machines that have been inoperable for months with no clear indication on when they will be working again. Second, there is a clear push for Windsor to completely eliminate free outdoor parking and force us to pay more for indoor parking. There is zero effort to prevent nonresidents from parking in our outdoor spots and once the nail salon opens up underneath Windsor, it’s all but guaranteed that we will lose even more spots to nonresidents. Windsor staff have also stated that it is their intent in the coming years to completely remove the free outdoor parking as an option for residents. Paying an additional two thousand dollars a year or more for parking is not alluring at all.
The location and my apartment are amazing. I love it here. It is so convenient to be across from Wegmans and a relatively short walk to other shopping centers and public transportation. On the downside, noise has been a near constant problem over the past year. Other tenants are very transitory and treat this place like roadside motel rather than their home. The new building management team has been doing a lot to solve these problems and I appreciate it. The noise situation has greatly improved and they are working to address parking problems and pet issues. However, there is still a lot of work to do to justify premium rents. The building looks premium but the actual quality of life is not yet back to premium.
Best maintenance department I have ever had anywhere ! Efficient , responsive , professional , trustworthy and do the job in a timely manner and do it the right way !! Great group of people keeping our building well maintained and any issues in our unit have been repaired in aproper and very timely manner .
I love living here, especially as a dog parent. The staff is super friendly, the building is well maintained and our common spaces are beautiful. The dog owner community is super friendly as well and I have made a great group of friends just from taking my dog to the dog park daily.
I have been happy at Windsor Mystic River since the first day. It is a friendly location and everyone is always eager to assist when needed.

Response time was excellent and as usual repair was done professionally . Repair and clean up were done to the highest of standards . Maintenance staff is excellent and repair work is done right the first time .
We have lived at WMR for almost 3 years. It is a super convenient location and close to Boston, Assembly Square, Somerville... The office staff is very professional and takes every issue seriously and tries to resolve them quickly. Mateo is extremely helpful and friendly! WMR is very welcoming to pets. Our 12 year old Pug is always greeted warmly by residents and staff. We feel the downside to living at WMR is the outside noise level. You can hear the Logan airport airplanes flying overhead. There are cleaning/sweeping trucks that clean very early in the morning across the street and they are very loud. We have an apt that faces the parking lot. The inside apts are probably quieter. We highly recommend living at WMR , just be aware that the outside can be noisy.
Windsor Mystic River is a great apartment complex and the amenities are fantastic.
