I just moved in a month ago here at willow tree and the property is very clean. Cynthia helped me she was super welcoming and helpful, she got me approved faster than I expected! I really enjoy living here.
We love it here so far. washer and dryer connections, good parking by my apt, access gates with keys, half and hlaf rent pays etc
I recently moved to Willow Tree and I am very happy with my apartment. My kids love going to their after schools kids club. The office staff is very nice and helpful.
This property is cost effective and it has a built in kids club. The pools and walk ways are kept really clean. All the apartments have plank wood flooring and upgraded light fixtures.
I like these apts & they look nicer now that they did the upgrades and painted the exterior.The Maintenance staff is good and the office ladies are nice. I recommend.
When the days are coldest, there is NO HOT WATER!!!! Last month we went three days without hot water. Had to take showers in cold water while it was 40 degree weather. Also, in the summer, at least two times without A/C for at least a couple of days! Can you believe it?!! In this Houston hot humid weather. Never again would I live there or recommend this place to anyone!
Everything so far has been smooth sailing. It's so clean & quiet around my apartment. The office is super nice. The Maintenance are running around daily trying to get things done. Yesterday they worked on my neighbors apt till 10 something trying to make sure she wouldnt have to stay without school overnight. that was sweet. I'm sure they had families at home waiting on them. If everything stays the same I will be here forever.
People sit in these parking lots playing their music so loud at all hours of the night. It's so loud that it will shack your windows. It doesnt matter how many times you call and complain to the office, corporate, or the call the cops nothing gets done about it. It will still happen every night. Her it is August 25th at 1208 am and I have been woken up yet again over the same issue. Either the office just doesnt care or these disrespectful people do not care. If you want peace and some kind of quiet at night dont live here
So far my experience have been great. Staff is caring and cool. Love the free baby sitter from 3-6. Don't have to pay my bills in one payment
Been here almost a year and maintenance staff is quick to respond.The grounds are kept up well by three of the maintenance staff.The office staff is professional,courteous,and always willing to help you.I like that its quiet and safe.
I like that they have a thing to pay in 2 payments instead of at once. They gotta day care and cool staff. They always give us snacks. I love it here so far.
AWFUL! Constant issues with AC with weeks to get a ceiling fan requested installed. Worse when it came to the heat, during the freeze it took 5 days to get our heat back on, had to buy space heater and sleep in living room with our kids to keep warm. Cut our cable wires and had us call our cable company to get it fixed. Always paid our bills on time, we were quiet residents and were even complimented on how clean we left our apt after 8 months of living there, yet always had issues with them. Save yourself a headache, don’t live here.
I’m so glad I chose Willow Tree as my home! The office staff is so friendly and helpful. The maintenance staff is also helpful. The after school program is great! As if everything else wasn’t enough they have flex pay. Paying half of my rent on the first and the 15th is so convenient! Thank you to the staff at Willow Tree for doing such an amazing job!!
Been here roughly a month now and will be writing again in 6 months. Pro's: Extremely friendly office personnel and maintenance crew Low crime The maintenance crew is always working to fix issues and does a good job fixing stuff when they get to you Con's: Roaches Maintenance backed up
These apartments are nice and clean! The environment is very calm. And is a great place to enjoy some barbecue outside. Not only that, the apartment has wooden floors in the kitchen and living room!
the maintenance staff is quick to respond, rent is affordable. plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby, close to freeway. staff is helpful. If you're short on funds check it out.
