This is the worst management I have ever encountered. The entire office staff members are extremely unprofessional, the property misleading from the photos. I requested to view a model five different times, each time I was given an excuse because they didn’t want to tour. I had to apply in a hurry, ended up cancelling due to work and they refuse to return my $300 deposit! I was in property management for 10 yrs and understand that a deposit is supposed to be REFUNDABLE! They are rude, unresponsive, and unprofessional. DO NOT LEASE HERE
Great place to live, area and all. Very friendly staff, someone is always there for assistance. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone looking in Houston.

Just renewed my lease at Willowbend. The ladies in the office are super nice & helpful, I like stopping by and grabbing a cup of coffee when I walk my dog in the mornings. My AC went out not too long ago and maintenance resolved the problem in no time. No issues, they are pet friendly; which is great I have a terrier mix, good prices.

I had clients with a smaller rental budget and needed something close to their job I contacted several places and I must say the staff was super informative & helpful. We arrived at Willow Bend to view their model, the leasing staff showed us the grounds & amenities. The model was nicely updated, it's a gated community, they have on site laundry areas, the pool was clean, and I did see several maintenance men picking up trash; which was a good sign. After viewing Willow Bend Apartments with my clients they decided to move forward with the rental.

Been living here for several years now and we have truly been comfortable. Staff is friendly & maintenance always takes care of issues quickly. The gate always works so that's nice, parking isn't the greatest,but not a big deal for me. I started in a one bedroom unit and moved to a two bedroom and the apartments do get updated which is nice since they are an older apartment complex. I enjoy living here.
