I love my apartment but the neighbors can be a pain most people aren’t friendly even when you speak to them first but overall love the community and maintenance is fast
It’s been a week here and the community is really good. It’s quite. The lawn is great, good parking space, security is good. Overall it’s a good one week here.
The community is amazing lots of friendly people and the service they offer is always great! Love the views and atmosphere that me and my wife live in!

It is too hot for the pool area not to be open and we have kids it’s already no park on site for these kids other tenants complain about the kids being outside as if the parents doesn’t pay rent here as well it’s boring here no WiFi in the gym room just boring and we pay all this money for nothing

The unit itself is nice. Community is pretty quiet. Only problem I’ve had is my hot water doesn’t stay hot for more than 5 minutes I’ve put in ticket after ticket and I still have the same issue. Then my water bill is extremely high and they say it’s based on the usage of the building?!? Why am I paying for others usage when I can’t even take a full shower without the water turning cold. This is really upsetting ! I was told regardless if I was out of town for a whole months and didn’t use any water my bill could still be high based off what others use in my building ???? this must be a Texas thing cause I’ve never heard it that…

Regarding the hot water situation, I deeply regret that this problem persists despite your maintenance requests. I will personally follow up with our maintenance team to prioritize resolving this issue as soon as possible In terms of your water bill, I’d like to clarify that our property operates on a submetered utility billing system, where water usage is allocated among residents based on the overall consumption of the building. While this method is common in Texas and helps to fairly distribute costs, I understand how it might feel unfair, especially in situations like yours. Please know that the charges are calculated according to standard practices and guidelines. If you'd like, I can arrange a meeting with you to discuss this in further detail and explore any possible solutions. It’s been pleasant. I haven’t had any bad experiences since I’ve been here. It’s super quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and shops on Eldridge & Westheimer.

Community use to be super amazing, I've been here for a good while now and have seen it all. Gates are always open, anyone can walk in at any point, our tires have been stolen twice now. Our neighbors tires have been stolen. No patrol vehicle on site sometimes. People speeding through when driving in from gate.

Westmount is quiet, clean conveniently located for my needs. The staff is courteous and always helpful. I love living here. I have recommended to several friends.
Nancy is the Manager. She is doing great. I am happy with the appliances, and it is a very nice apartment complex. The only thing this complex need a charging station for EV.

Everything has gone well so far, i have lived here under 3 months. I will say when a new resident sets up to pay rent online, don't make any mistake if you do rather by internet slow response or your pushing a wrong selection you have 2 times before you can't pay online for a year have to get a cashiers check or use a couple other options which are more expensive.

The apartment is good, been here for a while. Closeness and direct access to major roads including Westheimer, highway 6 and highway 10 is one of the perks.

It has been very good here. Other than a few incidents my husband and I have loved it. The only problem has been our maintenance requests are never fulfilled.

Move in was a breeze!! The office staff was very informative and kept me updated. Maintenance has been great as well and very efficient. I haven’t had many problems but the few I ran into were addressed immediately.

My experience living here has been great. The apartment itself is a minimalist and clean design, amenities are good, and if I need maintenance I can always call for assistance. My only wish is that I can interact with my neighbors a little more so we can all get to know each other but otherwise I love it here!

Great Location and Great staff! Neighborhood is quiet and neighbors are friendly. Never had any issues aside from ppl randomly parking in my paid parking spots but management is always on top of it.

pest control is a problem. We don't have enough dumpsters and they are not emptied often enough. Trash is often piled up. I like my apartment. I like the community.

This place used to be a nice place to live. It's going down hill. Gated community, but gate is always messed up. Anyone can come in now, and we used to have a courtesy officer that walked the property, not anymore. Car break ins are happening and cameras are not working. I don't blame it on the staff, I blame it on the new owners who is trying to stay cheap on everything.

At first I had doubts about renting at westmount at Eldridge, but after visiting the leasing office I was sure I wanted to get the unit. Walking around the apartment community, I was surprised at how peaceful it is. I love living here, and would recommend to anyone that is looking for a peaceful, and relaxing place to live.

The location, amenities, and price are all pretty good for the area. Within walking distance of shops and stores, storage across the street, daycares and schools. I like the layout of the property and units. Parking and storage can be difficult at times but minor. I would resign as long as it’s affordable!
