Historic brick warehouses converted into artists' residences and lofts, corner cafes and bakeries, the Boston Children's Museum, Children's Warf Park -- there's much to love about Boston's Fort Point Neighborhood. I have enjoyed living at the Watermark for the last 3 years. The location is impossible to beat if you want to live in the Seaport; I love how walkable it is to restaurants, CVS, stores, workout studios, etc. The apartment is also very dog-friendly and close to 2 dog parks. Overall, I really enjoy the staff that works here - especially the concierge and cleaning staff (although there is a decent amount of turnover / new people at the front desk lately). I've also been enjoying the increase in resident events being offered as a way to build the building community. My biggest qualm is that things could be fixed faster; it seems that when something is broken, it takes far longer than it should to get it resolved. The maintenance staff is great overall; I think this is more of a systemic issue than a personnel issue.

Great staff! I love the amenities. The neighborhood is the safest and nicest in Boston! Great apartment view and appliances. A bit expensive but worth all the pennies. Service requests are done within a day. Very friendly leasing office. Parking is $465/month

Watermark is by far my favorite building I've ever lived in. The entire staff is so friendly and welcoming and that alone can make all the difference. Arlene at the front desk remembered my name just days after moving in, she is always so sweet and helpful. Maria & entire concierge team is top tier and makes living here such a pleasant experience each day. The leasing office is also beyond helpful and genuinely care about their residents. Andreea has made the entire move in process seamless & it's reassuring knowing she is always there to help with anything. Kat is also amazing. The cleaning lady is also the sweetest person in the world. The entire building is always spotless and she puts a smile on my face whenever I see her. Even the staff that manages the parking garage below, they are so friendly and helpful. It truly makes all the difference when you're surrounded by all these great people that make living here really feel like home.

Convenient to downtown and a very safe area. CVS is right below the building and Trader Joe’s is right next door so it’s very convenient to get groceries or anything else you need.
