Office staff was very ugly when you initially apply for lease the charging up the roof for every amenity they provide . Do not apply here other places are way better with similar features.

You'll be forced to park in handicap spots and pray you won't be towed!! Good luck driving around for literally an hour to find parking.

Hello, and thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. I'm sorry that you've experienced issues with parking. While we do have an open parking policy here at Vintage Park, we cannot guarantee that there will always be open spots in front of each building late at night when most residents are home. However parking restrictions are not typically an issue and we rarely need to use our towing service provider. We're also proud to offer garages at $100 per month upon request. Please be aware of the robberies occurring on this complex, two units in the last week. Because of "Privacy Issues", as per a District Manager at Atlantic Pacific, I can't disclosure on which building it happened. Please be careful, be aware of your surrenders, and if you see anything suspicious call the police immediately. We need to help each other as the Property Management does not want anyone to know about it.

This is a very good apartment community with good floors plans. I feel like I live in a castle. The interior is very nice. Absolutely love amenities here. Black appliances, granite counters, and the washer and dryer. The parking is very reliable. There is a dog park for any pet owners; the apartments are very clean and the community is always cared for. You can feel safe here with cameras everywhere, alarms and gate access only. The patience and friendliness of all of the staff including the maintenance is amazing and continues to improve. The Leasing office always keep the community busy with activities. Beautiful, elegant and a great pool area. These apartments are in a good location. A nice park in walking distance for walking, running, and just relaxing. You’re 3 minutes from Vintage Park, which has great restaurants, shopping and the Alamo theater. Vintage Parks is very pleasant and managed very well.

This is the first time I can say that everything here was amazing. My family and I have lived here over 14 months and everything, I mean everything was excellent. The office personnel are always helpful and willing to take care of any questions you have. Landscape is beautiful, pools are resort style lavish, and there is always a place to park near your door. We can't say anything else but wonderful things. Stay here and you will not be let down. Amazing!!!
I just moved in this past February. The staff is really nice, the apartment grounds are well maintained, the sq footage you get for the price is pretty good. There's shops and restaurants and bars nearby. I would highly recommend living here.
I have been living here since November of 2014 and I love it. The management is really great and addresses issues promptly. The community is really great here, everyone has been really nice and I enjoy going down to the pool and hot tub and just chatting with my neighbors. It's very pet friendly and almost everyone has a cat or dog it seems and we have a dog park as well. Overall a great place to live.
