Smells of garbage all the time, management is the worst, and just all around bad place to live
This apartment complex you get what you pay for. My unit was clean. I cant speak for the roach comments. I just wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit. Rent is going up, I don't think the increase is worth it unfortunately.
Roach infested apartments. Managers wait weeks to send someone out to fix the problem. Suppose to be a gated community the gates don’t work. Not safe. People steal packages off your doorstep. Don’t move here.
These apartments as far as maintenance don't fix anything! Like take literally Years to fix anything, but make sure to collect rent on time . Staff isn't organized , they don't keep up with there tenants rent or work orders so make sure you keep all receipts & make copies of everything . Walls are really thin , can't have kids because neighbors complain about everything . Not such a safe environment . The park is all messed up & dirty . They don't open the pool until summer is basically over. Worst staff, maintenance ! Place itself is pretty big & not that bad . No washer & dryer only facility & they don't wash good at all waste of money better off going somewhere . No security .
Do not renten in this place. Very bad administration, terrible maintenance. My apartment never got the closet doors in the rooms. Since I arrived the doors of the Master bathroom closet are broken, they never changed them. The storage of the balcony was closed and they never opened it. The condo is full of cockroaches, and so many more problems. No matter how much you talk in the office so they can fix things and improve living conditions, there are few times that they do so to say nothing. Anyway, I do not recommend them.
Just moved in a few months ago and If it wasn't for the conveyance of the walk ability to local stores and clinics, I would not be here! Poor management, slow maintenance, very noisy, disrespectful neighbors, no security ( like they promised!!), and they never close the security gates defeating the purpose of living in a gated community!!! apartments are poorly sound proofed if at all!!..and the kids run around like its a free for all instead of using the designated park!!No supervision!! Doesn't appear to be any curfew or noise ordinance, ppl can be loud and disrespectful all hours of the night and management doesn't seen to care! As long as tenants pay there rent they don't care what you do. Kids break into the laundry and postal facilities. So if your looking for an unsafe and noisy, disrespectful environment to live in, this complex will be perfect! If you would rather have peace of mind and quiet living I would recommend looking elsewhere!! Once my lease is up, I'm gone!!!??

As of July 2016 we have upgraded our management. Our community is looking really nice and clean, and we do care about our residents. Unfortunately, as management, we cannot force parents to keep track of their children. But we do have quiet hours for the community. Most of our employees do live on site, it has gotten a lot quieter. And if there is a noise problem, residents can call 311 for assistance. We have upgraded our laundry and mail room, as well as other aspects of the community. Hopefully this helps change your mind about staying, if you are still here.
I've lived here since 2011 and the managers come and go, unorganized . Takes a couple calls and visits to the office to get maintenance to come fix things, The apartment are pretty quiet! Haven't had any real issues! Just wish there was washer and dryer units on the apartment l!
