Property Ratings at Village of Santo Domingo
Expect 24.5% increase on your rent (normally 5% per year). If you ask the leasing agent Jennifer why they are raising rent, she will pick a fight with you and is quite rude about it. 9-10 times if you go to the office during their hours, they are "out to lunch" basically all day. Also, they ripped out big chucks of grass with the new management. Idk what happened to the old manager Diane, but this new group is snide and unprofessional. BTW popcorn ceilings are in every apt basically.
Lived here and hated it. Management constantly changing. Latest manager was beyond rude and along with manager changes policy changed with every manager. Terrible place to live!!!
had great service until new management in January my place was being flooded for a month in my kitchen sink they never came in fixed it i was scooping water out my sink from the upstair sewer line I'm guessing ours was connected. when they would use their sink upstairs all their food and dirty water would come up through my kitchen sink and flooded my kitchen and the dining room. i even went to court to resolve this problem but still no justice was served even have videos to prove it that i can email to anybody who is looking at this place its not worth living here and it was ants everywhere as well worse experience had to break my lease because of this I HIGH DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYBODY LIVING HERE POOR LIVING ENVIRONMENT
The two stars are for the location and the landscape. There's grass and nice trees. Now for what you have to put up with. The maintenance staff is ridiculously stupid. It can take MONTHS to get something fixed. Think I'm kidding? I still have holes in my walls from the air conditioning being repaired 4 months ago. It took 6 weeks to get the air conditioner fixed! The office staff is no better. They never do what they say they are going to do. I was told I would get solar screens when the air conditioning was broken. Still no solar screens. The ants! I think the place is being held up by the ants! They're everywhere, no matter what you do. The appliances and counter tops have not been changed since they opened about 25 years ago. Avoid this place like the plague!!!
i have lived at this property for a year. And just renewed my lease. The management is suburban the managers very loving and caring and she has a heart there are times people have rough times and she is always willing to try to find a solution the maintenance you put a work order in and within hours they are working on the problem. I'm so glad I found this hidden safe apartment complex. I get the rating of five stars because they are on it and they care. MJ
My apartments are very nice, well cleaned, and very peaceful.
1 live the apartment complex I live in and have been here 11 years. It is quiet, set back from the street and you do not hear a lot of traffic and street noise. It is surrounded by a lot of stores and shopping and places to eat and their is a 24 hour food supermarket across the street. You are a way from the Las Vegas strip and casinos and are in a nice quiet neighborhood. I love it hear very much. Thank you.
