Like the name implies, this district is home to the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. Although this neighborhood is a clear choice for students, faculty, and staff, the University District offers allure far beyond the campus. The neighborhood is filled with restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping options. Boulevard Mall offers over 100 stores selling everything from candles to shoes to candy. There is also an abundance of entertainment available within or near the community.

Property Ratings at View at University
I don’t usually write reviews, but this apartment complex truly tested my patience. I spent weeks trying to move forward with an application, and it was nothing but a cycle of delays and miscommunication. Every time I called for an update, I either got no answer or was told, “We’ll get back to you today” — spoiler: they never did. I went in person multiple times, and every visit felt like a gamble. Most of the time, there was no one in the office, and I’d end up waiting outside in the heat like I had nothing better to do. It was incredibly unprofessional. There was no system, no accountability, and definitely no urgency on their part. After wasting all that time, they suddenly threw new conditions at me, completely changing what we had already discussed. And the worst part? Even after agreeing to all of it, they still didn’t move forward. The whole process was frustrating and pointless. If you value your time and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place. The management has no respect for prospective tenants and runs the office like it’s optional.
Place is infested with roaches I don’t feel comfortable sitting on my own floors or walking around my house barefoot. I keep my house clean yet I see roaches everyday

Awful disorganized and inept office staff. Terrible area and dirty apartments. Don’t waste your time here.
If you have any animals or want to live in a clean apartment community, this is not it. Glass is always everywhere in the Apartments community, covered in trash. They used to be called “rebel place,” your air will go out, and they will tell you “we have 72 hours to fix it” and still won’t come in 72 hours. I have no clue how they still have 5-star ratings.
Dont even consider looking to rent here there are so many better places
This property pays for positive reviews! I currently live here and it’s a nightmare! Things don’t work no matter how many times you put a request in to get it fixed. I was put into a dirty room twice ! They will also nickel and dime you for every penny you have and they play games ! Go somewhere else this place is a rat hole
I am very pleased with the complex, the environment, and the staff. My daughter has felt safe and comfortable because of the environment at the apartment complex and the staff have gone above and beyond to make it a friendly place to be. Thank you for making me feel secure as well. Joey S.

Great apartments! The staff is friendly. If there are any problems, it is taken care of very fast. Apartments are very nice especially for all of them being full furnished and all utilities included.
