Very quiet community close to a lot of workplaces and restaurants in the Las Colinas area. Nice to walk Lake Carolyn on the property, it's not too overcrowded!
Via is a wonderful place to call home in the Las Colinas area! The location is unbeatable—just minutes from DFW Airport, the Toyota Music Factory, Lake Carolyn, and the beautiful Campion Trail. There are tons of dining, shopping, and entertainment options nearby, which makes everything so convenient. The apartment community is well-maintained, modern, and thoughtfully designed. What truly sets Via apart, though, is the management team—they are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about residents’ needs. They go above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly and that the community feels at home. Highly recommend Via to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a great living experience in Las Colinas!
These are the nicest, cleanest, and quietest apartments I’ve ever lived in. The amenities are all really nice and well kept. I will continue to resign until I move cities or states.
EV charging is broken half the time and needs more spots to keep up with all the evs at the apartment. The rest of the amenities and staff are really nice. Great location.
When I first stepped into my new home, I just loved the comfort and coziness the place brought. Via las colinas has a warm vibe that I scarcely see in other apartments.

Community is quiet even on weekends. I frequently forget when the weekend gets here due to always being quiet. Monthly Community events, 3 to 4 times a month. Not including the free fitness class held twice a week. Beautiful lake views.

Goods: - Nice lake, gardens - Good events calendar - Quick maintenance service Bads: - Elevator mid rise not working since months. No expected date to fix it has been communicated. - Roaches, Roaches , Roaches. Unsanitary and embarrassing when having guests. Multiple visits from fumigator . Not good results. - Need more frequent indoor aisles cleaning.
Great quiet community very clean and safe place to live , nice walking trail lakeside, not a fan of the Spartan towing service they use I have seen several incidents where they wrongfully towed vehicles but other than that the apartments itself is amazing

It’s a very nice place. Everyone is nice and they keep it clean. The staff is very accommodating and attentive to your needs. There is a lot to do around the area including many trails for walking and biking. I would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love the atmosphere, the views. The residents are so friendly, and to mention the office, especially Kelly, always so kind and helpful, and very patient, sweet as pie. It feels like home. I never have to go outside to throw away my trash, with the trash compost down the hall. There’s lightning everywhere, including the parking garage, it feels safe.

So far move in was good, everything was clean and looked good. The only problem I had was I was not informed of everything before move in day which kind of sucked.

Well maintained and great location. Safe and groomed grounds. Mostly quiet though the walls are very thin. Courteous and responsive office and maintenance staff. A few neighbors not respecting community rules, like local norms, smoking and trash schedule, tend to be irritating

The move in experience was nice. A little disappointed on the way my application was handled due to the fact that I applied for a guarantor and paid application fee but never needed one in the first place.

- Roaches have been increasing the last couple of months - Need to have more frequent cleaning of floors in Mid Rise aisles - Elevator breaks down very often - Exterior of the windows of the building look dirty.

Since management changes from Lincoln Properties to Willow Bridge it’s gone a bit downhill. Maintenance requests take longer. Not as clean in the community. Rents skyrocketed and haven’t let up.
