First Impression I would love to give it 5 stars (It will most likely change once issues have been taken care of and addressed) as we fell in love with the Opes layout. The office staff are SO nice and attentive when needed. We have addressed these issues/concerns with Pearla and Kayleigh. Upon first look at our unit, off bat the unit was not clean. The floors were scoufed with tape residue left on floor, drewers/cabinets were not wiped out as there was hair from the previous tenants left in the drawers along with leftover coins, the bottom pan of the stove was filthy!, there were dust bunnies coming from the blinds throughout the unit along with spider webbs, in my opinion it looked as if the unit was vacant for quit some time, the most disturbing thing about it all was the roaches coming from the master bathroom. The unit was not up to par as we were told it would be and of course since we paid a cleaning fee. We spoke with Kayleigh I believe regarding the cleanliness of the unit, she was able to have them come back out to the apartment to have it recleaned. But unfortunately it seems they only cleaned the noticeable areas as the unit was still not cleaned out properly but we decided since we were going to do our own deep cleaning that it wasn't a big deal. As for our first impression of the unit it was a terrible experience as we expected more for the price we are paying. The issues have been addressed with the leasing office and we have work orders in place to fix the laundry room door and AC vents in the master room and bathroom. We absolutely LOVE the complex, the office staff is so nice and eagered to help fix the issues which we appreciate greatly. I'm sure once the issues are fixed (ESPECIALLY the roaches) we'll revisit this review as this is based upon our first impressions.

Why the extra charge recently for the pool and gym amenities? It is part of the apartments and lease. Now its an extra charge? Plus one pool/ hot tub is broken and closed until a part comes in. They could easily order that part somewhere else. I don't like paying extra for amenities that are just part of the apartments in general. Some tenants bring their own cleaning equipment because the pools aren't kept up with the leaves. This charge needs to go away. It is not right.

Maintenance team is the greatest 0My bedroom screen was worn and torn from wind and age. Maintenance tech replied to work ticket promptly and ordered a new screen. He made sure I understood that they would order a new screen and it would take about a week. Today he installed a brand new screen in my bedroom as promised. These guys are the greatest! Super polite, efficient and talented. A pleasure to deal with as always! Keep up the great work and thank you!!!

Satisfaction Guaranteed Kudos to the office management team for being responsive when issues at the complex arise. The facilities are cleaned daily, and a day doesn't go by where landscapers are working around the complex. My only gripe, and this is not management's fault, is dog owners who fail to pick up after their pet, even though there are ample "doggie stations" throughout the common areas. The fact that management encourages residents to be a part of the community (with weekly food trucks, holiday door decoration contests, and offering free coffee) is a testament to their commitment to contributing to residents' quality of life.
Amazing Living here has been purely amazing - the tour, move in process was very smooth, and the unit itself was super clean from the time of tour to move in. Everybody has been extremely helpful, nice and caring and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. The area feels very safe and the location is very convenient. I am so grateful I met this property and cannot be more satisfied!
Nice staff Lived here awhile now. The staff in the office has always been helpful and i like the fact they actively address issues on property Kudos to the maintenance staff and the people on the golf carts keeping things clean.
This apartment community is definitely the greatest I have ever had the privilege of living in. From the beautiful pools, amazing clubhouse, and the large apartments. You definitely get what you pay for here and I've never felt safer in this area. You have access to the I-15 and the 215 is only a few minutes away. My favorite thing about this community is how often they get the residents involved. They have yoga Saturdays, movies in the grass, ice cream socials, and have even brought in food from local restaurants. The grounds are well maintained and the apartments are quiet. Definitely worth the look.
The office staff is awful. They will make you feel like you are wrong even if you are not. The apartment itself if gorgeous and I love the upgraded granite counter tops. However for what you pay the office staff is not worth it. They are rude and will make sure that you are in the wrong no matter how they have to twist it. Corporate is no help either. We will be moving out soon and taking this place to court due to some information that was improperly distributed to outside sources. Save yourself the hassle and just say no to Veritas.

I spent some time with a friend when I came in town, I was amazed at the way it looked from the outside clean lines etc, then that Friday night it happened Party central. The inside was not so bad the stairs in the room she gave me made a lot of noise as people were going up and down and it was near the window in the room I slept in..not good We wanted to go to the pool and relax being from NY I was ready for a relaxing time, well that did not happen either, there were young men playing rap music, kids running around in and out of the Jacuzzi it was a mad house. I asked her how she tolerated it and if she used the pool often and she said no,kids were jumping off the rock sculpture in the pool area and it looked as tho the apartment complex had no guidelines or secqurity, it was crazy for the money she was paying. She said she was going to be looking for a more professional complex in the near future...My job may be transferring here but this is one complex I will pass up, would never rent there.
