Love it here but the residents are horrible like we all live here the most you un mannered and unclean residents would do better but it shows that if they can barely take care of their homes they can probably can’t take care of themselves great area just bad people

Overall I’ve been here going on 4 months and it’s been nice. I really don’t have anything bad to say except for how the people that used the elevator keeps it nasty and smelly. It’s really bad and embarrassing if you’re having guest over. Other than that I love it here. Staff and maintenance are very nice and always so helpful.

It’s a lovely place to live , office management is very caring , playful community for kids and dog friendly . Wish we had a dog park or car wash but living space is huge bathrooms are huge closets are huge .

the maintenance team is amazing. I have had no issues with the staff as well. Only thing I can say is the cleanliness of the community overall is not the best however the staff and maintenance are working on resolving

We need a security guard around the clock and cleaning of the premises on a daily basis. Elevators must work especially for those of us who live on the 4th floor.

Everything is ok feel like it could be more for kids to do the gate sometimes irritate me but it’s nothing major my dishwasher still isn’t working and I’ve been on waiting list for washer and dryer forever

To whom maybe concern, I stay in building 6 and most of the activities start in the late evening when office is closed. You want to be able to be in a safe environment, where people want the same thing! I’ve been here going on 2 years, I wouldn’t invite or want others to move Here! Unfortunately, until the Head( management), change we going to be Beautiful on the outside. We just got a new manager (3 rd one), hopefully she’ll be the one! This property is horrible already and it hasn’t even been open 2 years. Elevators always down, trash everywhere, dog poop everywhere, no cameras in halls, maintenance men barely work and only flirts on the job, management don’t work or care about residents, package theft, cars broken into, tires stolen, shooting occurrences, it’s just disgusting.

At Twelve620, we are committed to maintaining a welcoming and secure environment for all our residents. While our surveillance cameras are fully operational and strategically placed throughout the community (with over 20 cameras in total), please note that these are designated for office and law enforcement use only and are not accessible to residents. If you encounter any safety concerns or witness suspicious activity, we urge you to file a police report immediately to allow for proper investigation and response. Regarding package security, we understand how frustrating package theft can be. While we do our best to discourage this behavior and have increased our collaboration with local PD to address these issues, we encourage residents to consider using secure delivery options or request pickup at a local distribution center whenever possible. This is a new property barely even a year old and already the elevators can never stay clean nor the hallways. Tenants leave their trash in the hallways and the staircases. Tenants also do not clean up after their pets. And it seems there nothing the property management can do to reduce these issues. With there being operating cameras on the property not only can they hold the careless tenants responsible for their actions but they also cannot seem to find who on the property has been stealing, stripping, and vandalizing vehicles from and on the property. Bi-weekly to monthly a vehicle is stolen or broken into. One of them being my own. This kind of activity is just completely unacceptable and dangerous.
