Property Ratings at Tropicana Village Apartments
They ask you to give a sixty day notice when you move out , you provide them with it and the now manager Anna pick and choose if she will put it with your file you have to watch her she is sneaky . Anna has very rude attitude, they can not be trusted to fix your apartment. When I moved in they had not cleaned the apartment, they spot paint, they don’t move appliances and clean under or the appliances , except the refrigerator, they don’t sanitize the appliances that are removed from one apartment to the next when they call themselves repairing your broken item.... patio are unsafe and need to be repaired , they are even to cheap to replace broken blinds they just rig them up to the windows.... over price projects that’s what these apartments are

It's a whole new vibe, a new attitude with friendly new faces. My sincerest apologies for the previous team that was here. I come from a different breed of management, and I vow to make it right!
