It's not a safe place.. The ceiling fell on my daughter's head three times while she was sleeping in the room and her hand was broken... and when you go to the office and tell them to fix the ceiling and close the gaps in the ceiling they don't listen to you and don't fix anything. And every day raccoons come into the ceiling and dig holes in the ceiling and it collapses again on your head and you can never sleep at night from the sound of the raccoons' claws on the ceiling I know you. A very bad place.. and unsafe for your children and your lives.!!!!!!!!!

Yo e vivido aquí por dos años ,y e visto cambiar el personal de la oficina varias veces ,pero desde q están Mario y Jenny, las cosas han mejorado ,Jenny es muy atenta con todo el q llega a la oficina buscando solución a sus problemas ,ella siempre trata de dar una solución lo antes posible ,aunq haveces no tienen lo q se necesita para resolver el problema y ya no depende de ellos ,pero de ellos tengo la mejor opinión por su esfuerzo porq el condominio mejore cada día

I lived here 2 years and still cant get nothing fixed. I have not have hot water for 6 consecutive days. My A/C unit has not worked since i got the unit. My atic has a family of racoons. This place should be shut down.

I came here to tour with my boyfriend and sister the other week because my sister is moving into the Houston area and wanted to be in a central location. I recommended being around the Westheimer area since it's close to everything and there's so much on Westheimer. We were helped by the leasing agent, Mayra who was very friendly and knowledgeable about the apartment, the area and made my sister feel comfortable while touring the property. Mayra also mentioned that they have new apartments coming up which we were excited about but couldn't see yet because they weren't done with the construction. Overall the staff were very friendly and we loved touring with Mayra. I would highly recommend going to see Trails and talking to Mayra because she got my sister to fill out an application right after the tour!

Hello everyone hope everyone is doing well, I am reporting from trails of Woodlake townhome. I have been having a problem with the plumbing in this apartment since I moved it. They had come and supposedly fixed the issue. But unfortunately that didn't take to long to go back. The same day they fixed it issue started again. My sink and my dishwasher are backed up and I don't want to run my dishwasher everyday. That will increase my light bill. I put in a work order today since it was a holiday yesterday. They told me that they could not get to me until Thursday. I understand being short staffed but, you need to keep your CUSTOMERS happy as well. If you are short staffed why not hire some more maintenance, or start closing some of these buildings and actually fix them correctly. I HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND NO ONE TO LIVE HERE UNTIL

After so many new faces in the leasing office, there is finally a team that is making changes to this property. The helped me with my renewal this month and I’m excited to see how they continue to improve the property.

I have noticed the new staff seems to care. They have started to paint the property, clean up the trees and gutters. They listened to me and my concerns. That makes me feel better.

Since i moved in i am very happy with the new management company. In the office staff is very kind and my work orders taking care .... Feels very good

Issue after issue. No hot water ever! Management has not clue.

Do not move here. It is full of roaches. They offered me an apartment that would be the same as the sample one and it was a lie they gave me the baddest. The floor stained with old and dirty carpet. Everything broken and rusty and the filthy bathroom

I am currently a resident of this apartments. I am at the point of breaking my lease!!! There are always problems with the apartment, none amenities are working. There are roaches everywhere! They rarely send pest control no matter how much you ask. The management is sucks we have been without electricity for a whole day and the manager claims that he is not taking anymore calls. The leasing office is always close. The mailbox was on fire !!! DO NOY MOVE HERE !!!!

The told me my apartment will be ready at the first of the month, when I moved and I brought all my stuff, I found they still painting the kitchen and the bathroom’s door was broken , in addition the refrigerator was so nasty . That’s happened with my friend too and many people. The manager is professional of lies only .

New management!! its a nice, quit,safe community. reasonable prices. fix everything on time.

This community is under Nova property managemen, The leassing staff lack kindness compassion and have terrible coustomer service.It is also important that you be imfomed about the maintenance staff and their unwillingness to fix the little problems let alone the big problems. The hot water in this community goes out every few months and stays out for days and weeks at a time, it truly is unbarable. It's one thing to deal with rude staff who get the job done, but to deal with staff who are rude and who are bad at the job is a terrible way and place to live. DON'T RENT HERE, please.

Great quiet place to live. I love Trails of Woodlake and the office staff. Manager is friendly and always willing to help others.

From the beginning my ac didn't work but I would call they would come and not do anything. After six month they stopped coming, I had to stay here a second year I had black MOLD on my ceiling from a liking roof for 8 months now my sink doesn't work properly and leaks and much more. I called weekly now about once a month but they don't even show up to take a look. My stove never worked properly I have no light in my kitchen, no hot water for 3 to 4 weeks. 2 years in my unit I NEVER HAD AC. It is cheaper than the apartments around but don't move to this apartments. Again ac never worked in two years living here. Big area about 4ft x 3 ft of Black mold for my last 8 months (never even came to see) Stove never worked right. Paying online change middle of contract have to pay $40.00 I Called the "24/7" emergency maintenance number 3 times during my 2 years here they did not answer or ever called back.

I'm a current resident at this complex at first it was the dream apartment we've been looking for we are a family of 5 coming from New York where you pay much higher rent then what we pay here for a one bedroom which we always lived in cause we could never afford rent with low salary in New York even though my husband and I both worked so coming here renting a two bedroom two bathroom apartment was a dream to us for the price things seemed really good at first office people were nice maintenance would come when we needed something fixed now we are on our 2nd year here and things are falling apart all over the complex we've had not hot water in almost 3 weeks and our rent has been hiked up quite a bit the office staff constantly has new people which are really rude and the online rent pay is a hassel the pools are always disgusting so we never get in them we are currently looking into other complexes we can't take this place any longer oh and this place is infested with roaches!!!

Units are reasonably priced, but the repair service is abysmal. Oftentimes it takes multiple calls to get someone to come out for even the most simple maintenance work such as replacing a light bulb or air filter. There are about 3-4 repair people for a complex with several hundred units. The complex dropped curbside pickup without warning with no change in rental fee, and the complex uses a central hot water boiler that has had outages lasting a week. Imagine having no hot water for a week! The lower rental price is not worth the hassle of poor maintenance.
