My husband and I have been here for 2 years , we have no complaints! Everyone is so friendly and helpful ! The complex is really looking nice with all the renovations being done ! From the new siding and carports to the newly renovated pool !

Been living here for ten years. It’s always been a nice quiet spot. Lots of recent upgrades that have really improved the community. The management, especially Wendy and Devon are always on top of whatever I may need.
I moved in last month and love living here! Everyone is so friendly!

Amazing Property — I love living here It is very safe, quiet, and close to so much the office staff and maintenance are fantastic. They are always available and keep the property in perfect condition
I have lived here for 3 years and am signing a lease over again. I have seen the change over the years and growth and I am excited for this upcoming lease with them! This area is the secret of new braunfels but still easy access to downtown, the river, and schlitterbahn.
Place is amazing to live the growth since my wife and i have been here is amazing. Would recommend anyone to move here

I lived here for close to 3 years, only because it was all I could afford. In the three years I was there, management changed a handful of times, the property was poorly taken care of, the staff was always rude, random charges when bills were being paid on time, and long waits for maintenance requests. I had a leak in my ceiling from a hole in the roof for 2.5 years! No matter how many complaints and requests I made to have it fixed, I got the run around. I finally reached out to a lawyer to break my lease and sue the complex and that's when they finally decided to make repairs. My water was constantly being shut off and when my water heater went out, it took them a week to come look at it. My dryer broke and I was without a working dryer for nearly 4 months and the replacement they finally brought me wasn't working properly either. There is so much dry rot, bug infestations, broken stairs, and a decent amount of trashy residents. The last management company that took over before I left raised my rent by $150/month without warning, and by this time, rent was about the same as newer complexes in the area. This place really just needs to be condemned at this point because it's a health hazard.

This is the worst place we’ve ever lived in, from the multiple leaks, infestation, online portal late fees and eviction notice (when our rent is paid on time). Getting the runaround from management on all matters. When we first moved here we thought we were getting a deal because the rent was really reasonable but with all the problems we’ve endured during this past year it’s been so much more stressful. Please do not move here, we can’t wait for our lease to be over!!!!

Not worth the new price hike. it used to be a you get what you pay for property. so it was do-able. Not so much anymore. 4 management changes within a year. 1 quit 2 weeks in do to the stack of problems here. building physically falling apart. nothing worth for long. months to years on any work orders you put in (if at all) i been here for 5 years and i dread coming back back from work. Fleas, Roaches, Bedbugs... pests and rodents.. no matter how many times u spend your time and money pushing out of your apartment the property does nothing and they just come back. ps that awesome ad of "wish i could give them 5 stars" ... news flase! its fake. but dont let me discourage you. come down take a tour talk to some of the residence they will all say the same.
Let's look at whats right about Torrey Place. Location! Location! Location. Nice layouts. Quiet. Nested and Tucked away. Closed to Schlitterbaun and Landa Park. And the new Manager is really turning this place around. Lived here for 3 years. Have seen great improvements. He is hands on and if not in the office, he's on property helping maintenance or making improvements himself. He gets things done. The Assistant in the office has a great attitude and is available to tenants. We have had issues in our apartment. Some answered right away, some the next day amd some still pending. But I believe thats apartment living in general. I can't wait to give this place a 5. I know management will make it happen. Until then I will continue to enjoy whats right about this place...like the serene location...and the pool...and the gym...pet friendly....and management....just make it 'YOUR HOME' and you'll be ok. We made it work for us...and we're o.k. Hope this review helps. ???
Do not move here. You will regret it!! The apartments are falling apart or breaking inside and out. I am moving when my lease is up. Fed up and have given them chance after chance to correct things....& I am not the only tenant to feel this way! Gave benefit of the doubt because the rent is (was) cheap but you get what you pay for...used to be nice, not anymore, they can't keep the same people working in the office for more than a year. I've heard they get treated bad too by the owner.
absolutely horrible!!! i have a hole in my wall that has been their since i moved in, I've brought it to their attention filled out the paper work, which was in December of 2015 and its almost been a year later and now i have a trash bag with duck tape around it just so i don't ruin the inside of the wall ( its in the shower.) also, inside and outside of the apartment is COMPLETELY INFESTED with fleas. tried to get rid of them myself and it worked then i told them they needed to get someone to put stuff on the ground and they did but the fleas just jumped right back into my apartment. i had to get rid of my cat and my dog because it was literally eating their skin off. the managers got switched out a couple of months ago, the new ones are better than the last but not the greatest. pool is good nice but the hot tub is not even warm! and also watch your rent each month they sometimes add extra charges or dont tell you that they'd changed something and leave you eith all these late fees. so if you're thinking about living here don't these apartments aren't worth the price you're paying.
