The neighborhood is home to the historic Saint Elizabeth’s Hospital and the US Coast Guard headquarters. A Hidden Gem in South East Washington

I have lived here on this property for the last 15 years. The apartment has great amenities and a great rental office and maintenance staff. The complex is close to the Metro adding to value of the location. If you are looking for a comfortable place to live where you feel you are getting a return on your investment, Tobias Henson Apartments is the right place for you. This is truly a hidden gem in South East Washington, DC.

Home Sweet Home

I am very impressed by the professionalism of the staff but more than that I am impressed by the caring nature. The grounds are well kept and clean. The maintenance is really good, if it’s a problem that cannot be fixed immediately due to parts being unavailable, the maintenance man and the office will go above and beyond to insure you are comfortable. Like the title says HOME SWEET HOME because the staff treats you well and they treat your home like it’s their own.

Nice place to live and raise children

They property is gated and not connected with the surrounding apartments beautiful floor plan and spacious. I have been living on the property for 20 years and they have remodeled. The neighbors are kind and friendly. The property manager is also friendly and kind and the job gets done and maintenance stays on their jobs 24/7.

Beautiful rental

Great apartments with plenty of room. Updated Kitchen which is convenient. And best of all. Plenty of parking for my cars!
