Property Ratings at Tinsley on the Park
Parking is an actual joke. Parking scanner doesn’t work and when you politely inform the front desk about the situation they yell at you and give no solution. They literally leave you stranded with nowhere to park as a paying resident. Guest parking for a huge complex is barely 30 spots and constantly full so don’t ever have friends over. This complex is more concerned about towing guest cars for a fee than helping their residents get what they are paying for. Such rude customer service and this place is not cheap at all. Didn’t even get a welcome pack of any defined apartment rules when moving in. This place is a mess - avoid!

Don’t be fooled by the photos. Mold grows around all of those windows in your apt, dogs/animals always in the dirty pool, neighborhood kids jump the fence to use the amenities, our cars were broken into multiple time IN the garage, and constant change of management means inconsistent policies. If you DO move there, keep track of every penny you pay and don’t bother with a move out cleaning - they’ll charge you regardless.

I lived there for 4.5 years with my wife. In fact, I was one of the first tenants. At first I loved the place. But it soon started to turn. During that time, my car was broken into. My wife's car was broken into and I had to play $600 to get the car window fixed. My bike was stolen from my gated property. And someone installed malware on the computer and stole my wife's google sign in credentials and tried to steal money from our accounts. The Dog park and the Dog run is constantly covered in dog poop. And to add insult to injury, when I moved out, they had the nerve to only refund me about $100 of the $650 deposit. The staff has constant turnover and is never there for more than a year at a time, so there is no one invested in helping you. Everything I have said is documented by police reports and picture evidence. I would suggest you live elsewhere and find a place where people reward your loyalty and care about the tenants rather than nickel and dime you.

Tensley on the Park is a great place to live. The staff are friendly and have a great work ethic. The staff go out of their way to keep the residents up-to-date on what's going on in the community. I would like to point out one employee for the exceptional job he does and the is William no matter what he is working on he always has a smile and he takes the time to greet you. My husband and I love living here.

Weve had a great experience every step of the way. Vivy set up up our tour and Keah knocked it out of the park no pun intended. We moved during the treacherous storm but everyone was accommodating and helped us to make sure everything was ready to go when we got here. Elvis got us situated on our move in date and almost a month in, we love the experience so far. I would highly recommend Tinsley on the Park for the value and experience, but more so for the great staff!!

This complex sucks my apartment doors still do not work and I been in here over a month.

My husband and I moved in the community in October 2020. From the moment we came in looking for an apartment we were treated like family. Elvis and Claire worked to make us feel at home and we do. It's been 4 months and the staff still goes out of their way to speak to us and ask if everything is going well.
I love this apartment! Feels like I am living in an upscale resort- the size of the pool and gym is unlike any other I've seen at this level of living in Houston! I would recommend to anyone moving to Houston to look at Tinsley.

Tinsley on the Park is a place one can take immense pride to live in. In today's world which is plagued by negativity, Tinsley on the Park is a place to improve psychological health and allow the individual to real self-actualization with its incredible array of amenities provided. The huge gym, the pool, the rooftop place, all enables the resident to be very happy in their choice of living because it meets all desires and needs. As a person moving here from Chicago and impoverished, this is the place of my dreams and the reward for all the hard work I've personally put in college.

The management team is fantastic! The office staffs are very nice and friendly. Every time when I have questions, the property manager or her staffs always get back to me quickly. This apartment is beautiful. The management keeps the complex very clean. I always see maintenance staffs clean the complex all the time which I like it very much. The location is very awesome. Tinsley on the Park has changed quite a bit for the better since a new management property recently took over. The front office vibe is very welcoming and the staff works hard to find solutions to your problems. The amenities are AMAZING and truly second to none. The gym is huge and has a lot of new state of the art equipment. I could go on and on but this place is the spot to be and I recommend anyone live here!

Look elsewhere. We have been here since they opened the doors and wow, what a complete 180* change from when they opened. They obviously care more about getting units rented out than actually taking care of the property. The recycling trash bin is completely full 24/7 with recycling strewn about the ground around the bin. The valet waste will throw the recycling set out for pick up in the regular trash. The package concierge is always full so your packages end up in the office with no notification that you have a package. We have now been notified that we can no longer pay rent through their online service as that has now been shut down. Which also means that we can no longer do maintenance requests either. Very few dog owners actually pick up after their dogs. The list goes on and on so I think you get the picture. I would look elsewhere if I were you.

I have been living in the complex for almost 8 months now and cannot wait to get out. This has been the worst experience with management that I have ever dealt with. For a "luxury" apartment complex, they are missing all the luxuries. No options for receiving certified mail, and they provide no solutions to help. They are requiring checks to be delivered to the office with no option to pay online. They hold packages in their office when the small concierge is full and do not alert anyone. High turnover on staff so no one is ever responsible for actually following up on any discussions you have. Aggressive dog? They are definitely welcome here because this property is desperate for anyone. Expect to see trash and dog droppings all over the complex based on the entitled clientele that live here. Air hockey table has no air, public computers are locked with no passwords available, printers are out of ink and paper and never set up for connection. I cannot recommend this apartment complex or management staff.

You HAVE to see this place!!! It is simply amazing! The amenity spaces are superior to anything I have seen while searching for my new apartment. The finishes they have are unique. A MUST SEE!!
