Really love the new art work...definitely an upgrade and character to building. I continue to appreciate the staff...especially the way the service technician has the lobby smelling extra fresh every morning when I'm leaving for work.
Terrific building and team of Managers, Maintenance crew, and upkeep in this building. It's clean, everyone is kind, the noise-level in the apartment is the best (meaning the quietest that I've experienced in any building in Houston after renting for 8 years and living in 3 different buildings from this one). Highly recommend!

I have enjoyed living at 2001 Westheimer Rd for some time. Our apartment is spacious and thoughtfully designed. It is especially nice having a balcony overlooking the pool. Apartment staff are helpful and we have an excellent maintenance team. Reasonably priced and comes with a lot of amenities. I am happy we ended up living here.

I love living here! The location is perfect-close to everything! I can get off work and walk to get almost anything I need or want. I love that’s it’s a smaller community than some complexes. Parking is easy and it’s residentially quiet. The construction can be loud at times but that’s temporary and for improvement so I can’t complain. I feel very safe here and that is important to me. The grounds are clean and well-kept. The office team is so friendly! I can’t see myself living anywhere else.

The Westheimer apartments are convenient located. Love that my apartment has a huge closet and great square footage. I wish the bathroom counter was longer. Lots of parking here. I have been here for 3 years and the rent has gone up a lot for nothing really changing.

Flawless. Building is in good repair and facilities is quick to fix problems. The only thing I would work on is the constant problem with elevators, it literally feels like one elevator is always out of service.

Love this place so much. I moved in the week of a hurricane with a tornado, & have gone thru the snow storm here all in less than a year- and this management team has handled everything phenomenally. The Westheimer is a great spot! This is my 3rd year living year. It is a quiet place and convenient location. Lots of parking and not super busy where you have to wait forever for the elevators.

An excellent apartment building. Lovely spacious rooms. Lots of amenities and beautiful grounds. Clean and close to lots of great grocery stores, restaurants, and so on. My only complaint would be that it feels that sometimes repairs are made on short notice requiring water to be turned off, etc, but overall front office is quite communicative.

It’s been great so far. Security is good (can be improved though) and I can appreciate cleanliness, peace and quiet here as well. It’s conveniently located to schools, shops and church. Parking is just on the ground floor which is also a plus factor for me.

Water has gone out frequently, bathrooms around pool areas are not cleaned and don’t have hand paper towels. Noticed when I didn’t have water and needed to find a bathroom. For some reason the leasing office bathroom still had running water.

The Westheimer is a great place to live. Situated in the middle of a robust community, there’s so much to do. Bars, grocery stores, restaurants… you name it are steps away. Whether you work downtown, medical district, or in the galleria the commute to work is 15 minutes max. The elevators are down occasionally, but the community staff, spacious apartments, and amenities make up for it. If you can afford it, I definitely recommend.

Love the location, everything is convenient. It's annoying to have someone stomping from the unit above me so I usually keep my music on to down out the noise. I understand that the area is trending so the cost is higher but I still feel that all of the accommodations should match that.
