Memorial Park is one of the largest urban green spaces in the country, covering nearly 1,500 acres just 15 minutes from Downtown Houston. The residences of Memorial Park sit on the east side and provide some of the most upscale living outside of the city center. Classic townhomes, contemporary houses, and multilevel apartments are tightly packed on the tree-lined streets in an effort to get a view of the grounds.
Proximity to the park doesn’t mean this neighborhood is without its entertainment. Washington Ave. and Westcott St. have an eclectic collection of cafes and bars for all to enjoy. The park itself provides golf course access and a number of sports fields and walking trails — all steps outside your front door.

easy to move in and get everything set up. the front desk person (didn't catch her name) was friendly and wasn't bothered by our many questions. only issue was that the person who gave us the tour went through it super quick so we missed a lot of it.

Westcott is a fabulous property - excellent amenities, friendly staff, easy assess to Memorial park, quiet walkable neighborhood, and good community events. I would have given 5 stars but.... elevators, garage doors, and security door failures are high(many today are still broke and it have been months). Also, it takes way to long to fix them (ie - loading dock door has been broken since Dec 2024.

My fiancé and I just moved in and we are loving it. This building is big and beautiful. You’ll definitely get your steps here! I love all of the amenities. Having a nice gym here and a park nearby is a plus, we love to stay active. And it doesn’t hurt to have the city nearby. I can go on and on, just come see for yourself!

Honestly I love it here so far. It's peaceful and people are nice. I feel like one of the issues I had was people not booking their space in the work station. I don't like having to tell people to get out because they are in my room during my reserved time/

The staff is exceptional; so very responsive to every need or concern, problem, repair needed and all the communication to residents is so helpful. We are kept up to date with all the wonderful social events that the management plans for all the residents and also regarding any issues regarding inspections, issues with elevators, garage door s, etc.

It’s been a great almost 6 months! No more train sounds (at least from the bedroom) although I can definitely hear my upstairs neighbors if they walk around heavy footed. The doormen are so great and helpful and the property is soooo gorgeous and modern! See myself here for a while!

I have been living here for three months and have thoroughly enjoyed my time. I am convinced this was the best alternative and cannot see a reason for me not extending my stay many for many years. The proximity to Memorial Park is a major asset and the amenities are nice and clean. The staff managing the property is amazing and always willing to help and so is the concierge. Just moved in and it’s just as beautiful as the photos! Amenities are great and the people are wonderful. BEWARE the train is like five blocks away and has woken us up at 4am with its honking. I didn’t know this would be an issue so wanted to let everyone know. I’m on the side closer to the tracks which might by why I hear it but it’s so loud I wouldn’t be surprised if everyone in the building heard it.

I would say the only thing lately this apartment complex is known for is the breaks in and people cars being stolen. They claim to security however, it is very suspect. They are not notifying people that they are having this problem and you move in thinking everything is fine. No it is not. You are paying an arm and two legs for a supposed high class building. I am giving you all what was never given to me. A formal notice.

So far it has been great. Staff are warm and helpful Neighbours are friendly and considerate Rent is higher but they take care of the property and security has been great

It has been great living at the westcott. I love the community and the maintenance team is very efficient. The hallways are quiet and common areas are cleaned frequently.

I have lived in Houston for over 20 years, always in an apartment. Which means I am familiar with the typical apartment problems of noise, neighbors, cleanliness, ect. The Westcott has been the best place I have ever lived. The service is top notch, like hotel living, without room service. Having the door man 24 hours makes all the difference! Definitely check this place out on your search!
