It’s never loud in this neighborhood. Or at least not loud compared to the other apartments complex’s I’ve lived in. It’s very clean as well.

My. Experience was amazing as far as getting moved in the community other than that there is not enough parking spaces & it takes longer than usual for a maintenance request to get fulfilled.

Quiet area to live in. There is a lot of maintenance issues in the apartment itself , maybe because there are old . Everyone is friendly . I do appreciate the maintenance team for always taking care of us

I have been here a few years now. I enjoy the area and how close grocery stores are. Also my favorite fast food spots are nearby. I am happy with the maintenance and their timely with resolving issues. I definitely enjoyed not losing power during Hurricane. God bless anyone who did. I definitely don't plan on leaving anytime soon.

I'm just moved in two weeks ago so we'll see how things are going further down the line just had a few things mantanice need to take care of, but so far there isn't any problems with loud noise or any of the tenets. So far so good the staff in the leasing office is really sweet both are very helpful when in need of anything tenet related. My overall experience is good

So far not so good. The day I moved in I started having problems with my neighbor leaving trash out on non trash days. A couple of my neighbors don’t abide by trash rules on a weekly basis. My ice maker was broken upon move in and the unit wasn’t properly cleaned. Pet hair/human hair was still in the bathtub and ceiling fans were dusty. The blinds in one of my bedrooms were broken upon moving in and took over a week to get my maintenance request resolved. Parking is not good. Cars are allowed to park in the tow zone all day and overnight.

No parking is available. The neighbor next door has many cats that constantly go through my trash, and there is a hole in my ceiling. Additionally, there are charges for everything.

I recently moved this apartment. It is a good place to live with peace. We have a playpark here which is not available in many apartments nowadays. My children are enjoying here.

The Villages of Briar Forrest are well maintained. I love my apartment. It's clean, beautiful and spacious. I love the stainless steel kitchen appliances and granite countertop. The staff at the Villages of Briar Forest is outstanding. I relocated to Texas from Mississippi. The transition was very smooth. I love it here for the most part. Only issues have been getting any email responses from staff & bug problems. I finally got some plug in ultrasonic bug deterrents off Amazon and it keeps it pretty under control. Neighbors & neighborhood has been really nice the last two years. I'd recommend.

This has been a very nice experience living here. If there is an issue, maintenance is quick to fix it, and the staff is very friendly. The only issues I have are that the gate breaks a lot and the parking situation is not great. There are not enough spaces for the tenants unless you want to pay an extra $30 to park in the covered areas. Otherwise, it's in a great area with lots of good restaurants and hospitals close by, and the apartment is nice.

I am always nervous about a move to a new place. A lot of paperwork and verifications that are time-consuming. Most want it all done online. Then the system does not always work well and you have to do and redo. The staff made me feel comfortable and were not rushed or stressed. I give them all a 10 rating.

These apartments are absolutely great. Very clean. I'm in an upgraded unit and it's gorgeous. Very quiet and neighbors are respectful. Everyone in the leasing office is so welcoming and helpful, especially Tiffany. I love it out here.

I really like it here I have no problems at all. Very quiet and quaint atmosphere. It’s clean and that’s a big bonus for me. The 2 and 1 bedroom apartments are in great condition and I’ve seen many here, trust me. The staff is awesome and they work diligently to solve issues. So far so good. Will revisit this question when I’m coming up to a year of living here. As of now me and the family love it!
